A/n: Just an insight in the above images of what the scars look like fully healed over with no stitches hanging out of them. And of course I included the tattoo she got since we are only a month and a half maybe two months prior to her getting it so she still got 4 to go. (Please don't steal my art without permission).

Oh also I can't remember if I had mentioned Sarah's last name before or not in earlier chapters. Since Sarah is an OC I use in a lot of my books she has lots of last names. But if I have, ignore it, it's now Jackson. Any other last name I gave her prior to the last chapter, where I mentioned her parents last name, I will go back and look through my work when I have time and make some changes.

:) Enjoy.

Y/n's POV

Flashback Continued

Looking around my old room while I finished my breakfast brought on a sense of nostalgia. Posters loitered the walls of my small double bedroom. My bed was against the back wall in the centre left of my room, two bedside tables either side it. Opposite my bed on the wall connecting to the hallway was my desk, the door to my room on the same wall over to the right.

On the left wall was my window with the windowsill low and deep enough to be decorated with blankets and pillows. The right wall held my Chester drawers where I'd kept my clothes along with a bookshelf which had a lot more books on than the small one I had recently gotten for my room in Forks.

Above the desk was a painting, the background painted a nice navy night sky colour with a cherry blossom in the centre of the canvas. Lights draped down from it illuminating the silhouette of two girls sitting below its star gaze. Sarah had painted that for me as a birthday present for my 15th. Back then we'd always be stargazing, a tradition we carried on every chance we got once our finals had started and we had less leisure time.

Standing from my bed I walked over to the Chester drawers where clothes from when I used to live here still reside. I had only taken the outfits I wore the most to Forks with me meaning I was left with more sunnier clothes in Phoenix. Which wasn't a bad thing given mother wanted to spend time out in the sun. Unlike my sister I can tan though I am also extremely vulnerable to sun burns as well if I don't lather up the sun cream.

Pulling open my top drawer I found all my bikini bras pulling out a neutral black since I wasn't dressing to impress anyone. I opened the second drawer on the right hand side to pull out a pair of denim shorts. Lastly I pulled open the big bottom drawer where I kept my jumpers, hoodies and zip ups. Pulling out a light blue zip up hoodie I walked back to my bed throwing the clothes down and moving the tray of dishes to my desk before stripping from my pjs and sliding on my outfit.

I was still subconscious about my scars and the conversation I just had hadn't made me feel any better but I cared less for the eyes which would see a glance upon them today. Besides, I was more worried about the temporary tattoo I had on my side along the ribs. I hadn't mentioned it to my mother and she tends to be quite dramatic about these things.

Heaving a sigh I grabbed the tray off my desk and headed downstairs. Walking into the kitchen I saw mother and Phil sat at the table, Phil reading from the newspapers while mother enjoyed a coffee. After I placed my tray down I turned to them watching mothers eyes widen slightly at the ink which marked my skin.

Her face contorted to one of shock and disapproval, before she could utter a word I was quick to beat her to the chase. "It's only for 6 months. It's already starting to fade."

"Still don't approve. I guess it's better than something permanent. What about the dyes in your hair?" She pondered.

"That's hardly noticeable how did you see that? Anyway it was Demi permanent so 6 weeks, end of this week it should be gone." I said joining them at the table, sitting opposite them.
