Y/n's POV
I can't focus, my mind is in a million other places than on the exam sitting in front of me. I have just under an hour left to start and finish this exam. It could make or break my future career.
'Ugh chemistry.' I groan internally.
All my mind can focus on are the events that have happened in the last 2 days.

Flashback ~ Saturday
After my small screaming match with Edward, Carlisle had led me back upstairs to get dress. The entire time it was hard to keep my eyes off him causing a permanent blush to coat my cheeks as I slowly clothed myself. Carlisle chuckled as he turned around buttoning up his shirt to see me staring at him.
"Enjoying the view?" He teased.
"Very much." I replied with a smirk, finally tearing my eyes away as I pull on my jumper.
"Want me to drive you home?" Carlisle asks snaking his arms around me from behind.
"Sure." I said looking back over my shoulder at him with a smile. Leaning over, Carlisle connected our lips briefly before pulling away.

Time skip.
Lying in bed that night I couldn't wipe the smirk off my face. After a rather heated kiss goodbye in the car from Carlisle my mind was filled with thoughts of our earlier activities. I felt like squealing in joy but refrained. With a soft chuckle at my thoughts, I reached up to my neck to touch the necklace I always wore.
But it wasn't there.
I shot up alarmed and walked over to the closet to look in my mirror only to see my neck bare from the jewellery it usually adorned.
Frantically I began to pull things around in my room. Dirty laundry which was once in a basket ready for washing laid scattered across the floor. My once made bed was now unmade and balled up in the centre of the mattress.
I pulled my bed side tables out and dumped the contents on the floor, knocked things over on the shelves, pulled my bathroom about.
The only place I hadn't looked was my desk.
Walking with haste I pulled open the drawers after scanning the surface of the desk. My heart leapt out of my chest at the sight in front of me.
'No, no no no no no no no no no.' I repeated in frantic panic in my head as I moved the contents of the drawer about.
"WHERE ARE THEY!" I yelled, slamming the drawer close and leaning against the desk.
My breathing was picking up, becoming almost erratic. "Where are they..." I said softly to myself as I lent forwards, hands covering my eyes and fingers gripping my hairline as I tried to hold back the tears threatening to fall.
I tried desperately to remember where I last had them. But the only thought which came to mind was when I was placing the box away after writing another letter to Sarah. As for the necklace, I had a very vivid image of myself wearing it before leaving the house.
Snapping my head up, I looked around my room as I recalled my panicked state moments ago searching for my necklace. I hadn't once seen the box of letters during my panic.
'Who would take my box of letters.... Could the necklace be in the woods?' I pondered as my eyes fell on the window. Determined I picked up a random jacket on the floor and bolted out my room down the stairs.
