Plot: When everyone becomes desperate to see Kris' eyes, it becomes a chase around Castletown to catch Kris and see what secrets hide behind their hair

It was a normal day in Castletown. Kris and Susie brought Noelle and Berdly back to the darkworld per Ralsei's request and they were training a bit. By chance, Noelle happened to look over at Kris when they were wiping sweat from their forehead, pushing heir hair up a bit away from their eyes. However, she couldn't catch a glimpse of them because their eyes were closed when they did it.

Susie placed a hand on her shoulder, "Hey, you okay?"

Noelle blushed and snapped back into reality, "huh? Oh, yeah! I'm fine."

Susie looked at her with curious eyes, "whatcha thinkin' about?"

"Well I just realized that I've never seen what Kris's eyes look like. Their hair is always covering them," She said, looking back over at Kris who was working on a magic attack with Ralsei.

This made Susie realize the same thing. Anytime they talked to Kris she just assumed they were making eye contact with her, but she was always too focused on what she was talking about to notice.

Berdly eventually noticed the two girls just standing there, not doing anything. Curious, he walked over to them and asked what they were doing.

They filled him in on their newfound discovery, making him think as well. It would be nice to see what their eyes look like, and is not like it was a huge request, right?

After formulating a plan, they all marched over to where Kris and Ralsei were and paused right in front of Kris.

They looked at all of them, confused as to wht was going on. Ralsei chuckled nervously and rushed off to fix the dummy that Kris accidentally burned with a messed up spell.

Kris rubbed the back of their neck, "what's up, guys?"  They all crossed their arms and looked at where they assumed Kris's eyes were.

"Show us what they look like," Berdly said, trying to intimate Kris.

"What?" Kris asked, genuinely confused.

"Your eyes, we wanna see them, please," Noelle said, politely.

Kris chuckled and shook their head, "good joke, guys. I'm gonna go help Ralsei." But before they could walk off, Susie grabbed their arms.

"Its not a joke, now lift your greasy hair and show us," she said, reaching for their hair, but they grabbed her wrist quickly and shoved her off.

"My hair is not greasy, for one. For two...bye!" They yelled, rushing off away from the training area and into town.

"Hey!" The three lightners yelled, rushing after them.

Ralsei hadn't noticed, instead walking over to where the lightness previously were. "The dummy is fixed now-" he paused when he didn't see them, "Kris?"

As Kris ran around town, the lightners close behind, they shoved darkners to the side and hurdled over Rouxls, causing him to fall onto his back and hit the ground.

"What the-" he said, but pausing when he saw Noelle standing above him.

"I'm sorry, Mr. Kard, but we're trying to catch Kris," she said, helping him off of the ground.

"Whast ever for?" He asked, causing Susie and Berdly to stop too.

"We want to see what their eyes look like," Susie said.

"But we don't know how to catch them," Berdly added.

"I see. Fret not! I shall collecteth mine fellow darkners and we shall aid you!" He said, rushing off.

The lightners shrugged their shoulders and continued in their pursuit of Kris.

While Kris was effortlessly dodging people and jumping over railings, Susie was charging through people and Berdly was running into walls. Noelle ended up helping Rouxls gather more people. Eventually everyone in Castletown was helping, even Jevil. There ended up being so many people on ground level that Kris ended up attempting to scale the castle.

"Damnit!" Rouxls yelled, knowing that not many people could follow them.

"How are we going to get them now?" Noelle asked.

"I got it!" Susie yelled, charging up from behind everyone and flinging herself onto the castle, using her claws to scale the castle as well.

"I'll help too!" Jevil said, laughing as he flew to follow Kris.

Kris didn't slow down in their pursuit of freedom, somehow making it to the top of the castle before Jevil or Susie, though they made it up their shortly after.

Susie slowly crept towards Kris like a predator, "end of the line, Kris. Surrender."

"Never!" Kris yelled back.

Susie barred her teeth and lunged at Kris at speeds Kris had never seen before, catching them off guard and causing them to fall onto heir back with Susie on top of them and making the brick beneath them crack. However, before Susie could get her hands on their hair, Jevil misunderstood his assignment and slammed himself on top of Susie.

The brick beneath them broke, causing the three of them to fall through the ceiling and plummet to the floor. Luckily Jevil was their to keep Kris and Susie from hitting the ground with magic, but Kris wasn't able to get away when they landed safely on the ground.

Noelle and Berdly quickly ran inside, the darkners shortly following and seeing Kris and Susie on the ground. Kris hair was pushed up, revealing two crimson red eyes with long black pupils. Everyone looks on in awe. Comments were heard throughout the castle, talking about how beautiful Kris's eyes were.

Once Susie wasn't paying attention, Kris pushed her off of them and fixed their hair back in front of their eyes. "Happy now?" They asked.

Everyone was about to say yes until an adorable voice was heard from the entrance to he castle.

"Kris, you left your sword at the...training area," Ralsei looked at how many people were in the castle and also seeing the pile of rubble beneath Susie, Kris, and Jevil. A menacing aura emitting from Ralsei as he dropped Kris's sword. "Did you guys seriously break the ceiling...?" He asked, causing a chill to crawl up everyone's spines.

It was silent for a moment until Berdly yelled, "scatter!"

Everyone ran off in different directions, Jevil using his magic to drag Kris an Susie back through the hole in the ceiling and out into town. They seemed to run forever after that, and at that point they were willing to show their eyes a thousand times just to escape Ralsei's fury.
