Chapter 7: A Set Up

It was the weekend now and Sasuke waited by the bus stop where Akane had told him to meet her. They found out that an amusement park just opened up in the large park in their city, and he remembered clearly that Akane was begging him to go.

She knows that he doesn't like going to places like these. Roller coaster and carnival foods are not his style, but he would simply go because Akane is the kind of person who would enjoy these things. So he bought tickets for her and himself.

Tapping his foot, Sasuke looked over at his watch impatiently. She's late...

Just when he was about to pull out his phone and text her, he hears footsteps approaching him, sounding like short heels. Sasuke sighed and turned. "Finally! Did you stop by a donut shop on your way here-" he stopped.

The person who is standing in front of him isn't Akane, but a familiar wavy, haired girl and sparkling blue eyes looked at his onyx ones, dressed in a white, spring dress and a beige, straw hat with a blue side ribbon on her head. It's Momo.

She blinked shyly at him. "O-Oh, Sasuke-kun! You're here, too?" He couldn't give another look at her, turning his head away as he looked over at the crowd around him.

She looks so cute today..

"Uh, yeah. I'm meeting up with Akane soon, or... she should've been here a few minutes ago," he mumbled lowly. This caused Momo to blink at him in bewilderment. "Really? I was supposed to meet up with her, too," she explained.

"What? Why would she..."

He froze. Sasuke assumed the worst of this situation. Akane totally set them up, and he wasn't sure if he was quite happy or mad right now. But he knows one thing for sure how he feels towards the brunette...

Damn you, Akane!!!

He can already imagine her laughing her ass off and falling out of her chair by now, pigging out in her room and watching television. Just thinking about her like that makes him eager to show up at her house with a fist.

"What is it?" Momo couldn't help but notice the look on his face, and it was showing a bit of annoyance. Is this supposed to be some sort of date?

"Er.. Nothing. Let's just get on." Sasuke tried to calm himself as the bus finally showed up at their stop. Momo hesitated to get on. "But.. What about Akane-chan?"

"She'll meet us later," he lied. He doesn't think the brunette is planning to see them anytime soon.

Both Sasuke and Momo sat next to each other on the bus as it drove down the long, heated road. It was an awkward silence between them, making Sasuke already fluster in his seat and pressuring him to say something. He clearly wasn't prepared for this, not today. So he pulled out his phone on the side of his leg and secretly texted Akane in a fierce motion.

Be prepared because I'm going to spank you when I get back.

He watched the blue bar reached to its capacity and it quickly delivered to her. The second he sent it, he saw that Akane have already opened it and texted back.

He wants to yell at his phone for some reason, hoping the brunette would hear him through there but he simply locked his screen.

What the heck is he supposed to do with the rest of the day with Momo?
