[A Cat's Secret]

Encounter

    

     "Annyeonghaseyo. My name is Kang Haerin. I look forward to being with you this following year."

     As she introduced herself, you could hear the entire class whispering while staring at her wide eyed. Some are talking about how beautiful she is while others —  obviously the guys — are talking about their chances of getting with her. While I do feel sorry for the guys, seeing as most idols have a dating ban, I can't help but think of it as well. I mean, who wouldn't, especially if the girl is THAT famous and beautiful.

     "Thank you for that introduction Haerin. Please a seat beside Y/N. And Y/N, can you raise your hand? Thank you very much."

     I raise my hand and Haerin starts walking towards me. But I only have one thought running through my mind right now..."WHY IS SHE STARING AT ME!?" I mean, I've run into her a couple of times before but, WHY!?

     "Annyeonghaseyo Haerin-ssi, I'm Shin Y/N. It's a pleasure to meet you."

     "Ahh, it's you! I believe we've met at the company before. I believe it was in the elevator?"

     "Yep, that was me." I said sheepishly.

     "Well it's nice to meet you again."

*Cricket noises

     (This is soo awkward.)
    
      I sweat dropped at the silence, feeling quite nervous. But then I looked at the girl beside me and she doesn't seem to be affected at all by this sudden change in atmosphere. It was as if she wanted it. I can kind of understand her though. That feeling of not being able to strike up a conversation with someone. I am an I afterall.

     Anyway, classes ended pretty quickly today so I went back to the dorms, preparing to go to the company to rehearse and polish my abilities.

     As I was practicing, all I could think about was Haerin and how my day went. Taking a break for a moment, I decided to get a drink from a nearby vending machine. But all that ended when I came out of the room, and encountered someone on my way to the machine.
