-he sat down next to you but he put his hands on his head, making you flinch

-would start to cry, thinking he was becoming like his father

-"y/n, I would never do something like that to you" he would say with watery eyes.

-asking first, he would hug your waist, while kneeling down and crying into you. (friends reference🤓)

ROBIN

-he threw his hands up in the air from frustration but you flinched and stepped back a bit.

-would get upset at himself for making you feel that way. would be shocked and felt the need to stay distant from you.

-"I wouldn't do that shit to you, ever, hermosa."

-would get mad at himself and think he failed at protecting you and making sure you were okay :(

VANCE

-would yell at you then put his hands up to fix his hair. thinking he was gonna hit you, you flinched

-was shocked and just stood there in disbelief. he never thought you would think he would hit you. he would never.

-"I don't do that fucking shit y/n. I would never fucking hit you."

-left and secretly cried in his room, thinking he was becoming like his abusive father.

BRUCE

-you guys were ending an argument so Bruce wanted to put on some tv but when he reached for the remote you flinched

-he was shocked and didn't know what to do without scaring you

-"y/n no- i would never!" he would say with his hands reaching out but realizing that that would scare you so he stopped.

-he just left, scared he would do something else to you. cried silently to himself in his room

BILLY

-he wanted to stop the argument with a hug but you didn't know he was gonna give you a hug so you flinched, not sure what he was gonna do

-he stopped everything he was doing and just stood still looking at you with sadness filled in his eyes.

- "I would never hurt you, my love."

-he would cry and apologize multiple times, non stop until he was convinced that you were okay. never forgave himself after that.
