Chapter 15: *6 months later* 'as you all know me and Donna are getting married tomorrow and I expect all of you to be there' chief Boden announced. Shay ran up to Casey 'hey, Casey have you got the proposal sorted out?' Casey glanced around 'don't worry I got this' he said as he walked off. *next day* the wedding ceremony was held in front of the firehouse and afterwards the party was inside the garage, Casey stood hugging Dawson as he looked at chief Boden and his wife and at Herrmann and his wife and held Dawson's hand as he said 'Gabriela Dawson, you are the most amazing, single minded woman I've ever known, I'm a lucky man to have you in my life and I want to make sure we are together forever so...' As he got down on one knee and pulled out a ring he said 'will you marry me?', Dawson was so happy that her eyes started filling with tears and she couldn't stop smiling, Casey's smile faded as he stood there waiting for an answer, before she could answer the alarm rang and everyone hopped onto the trucks and headed to the emergency.
