Chapter 20: 'ok, I want you to run up Those stairs, grab the roll of hose and bring it back down here' Casey said as Dawson was putting I her gear 'ok, I'm gonna time you' he said as she ran up the stairs. When she got up there she looked around and frowned and then turned around and took off her gear 'oh my god' she said as she picked up the ring trying to catch her breath. Casey came through the door and smiled as he held her hands 'gabby, will you marry me...... Again?' He said as Dawson smiled 'yes! Yes! Yes!' She said as he put his arms around her waist and kissed her. * next morning* Dawson woke up and was lying in bed looking at her ring until Casey walked in 'morning' he said as he lent in to kiss her 'oh my gosh, there's no way that Severide didn't hear us last night!' Dawson said laughing 'oh, he didn't come him last night, he said something about uh.... meeting up with Lindsay last night, he probably stayed at her place' Casey said as he sat down next to her, Dawson sat up 'I'm, I'm really glad that's still a thing, so he doesn't have to deal with everything solo'.
