Chapter 17: *6 weeks later* as Dawson and Casey walked to the firehouse, Casey looked down at Dawson's hand and squeezed it, Dawson smiled and kissed him 'I love you' Casey said as he hugged her, Dawson smiled 'I love you too'. As they walked into the firehouse chief Boden came up to Dawson and hugged her ' I know these last 6 weeks have been tough, and I want you to know you can talk to me whenever you need and that everyone in this house stands by you and will help you through anything', Dawson smiled 'thanks chief, I'm gonna go change out' she said as she started walking away. Dawson walked into casey's office 'ask me again' Casey looked up 'ask you what?' Dawson frowned 'to marry you, right here right now' casey shrugged 'you should have answered the first time' Dawson frowned again 'it's yes, it's always yes' Casey stood up 'I know, but I'm gonna do it right' he said as he kissed Dawson. After shift Dawson and Casey were walking out of the firehouse when Casey said 'you and Antonio have been seeing a lot of each other lately' Dawson smiled 'yeah it's been a rough patch for him too' she said as she started walking away, Casey grabbed her arm 'hey, he's your brother, you know you can talk to me anytime you need', Dawson nodded and walked away.
