Chapter- 51 I Love You

Fae's golden eyes crinkled into a smile as she held out her hand. "Hello Lorna, it's a pleasure to finally meet you."

Bakugo's wife's big purple eyes blinked in confusion a few times before her natural kindness implored her to shake Fae's hand and chirp, "It's a pleasure to meet you too!"

Fae made sure to keep her eyes down to conceal the glow coming from her foresight-brightened eyes. When she peeked into Lore's recent past and present and saw no sign of her beautiful family being harmed, Fae let out a tiny relieved sigh.

Lore didn't need to look far to find her protective husband, for Bakugo had 2 of their daughters in his big arms and was right behind her. The last child was strapped to Lore's back, so Bakugo kissed the spit bubble gurgling Himari on her blonde spikey head as he wandered up behind his wife. "Everything okay?"

"Mhmm," Lore mumbled as she watched Fae make her way over to Mina and greet her in a similar fashion.

"I've been with your nosy ass for too many years not to know what that sound means. You're curious about her, why?"

"A few different reasons I guess," Lore giggled blushingly at getting called out for one of her less forgivable traits. She was a horrible snoop, and, "the fact that Toshi has been very tight-lipped about the girl that he and Denki clearly like...it's strange since I used to know everything about all of his girlfriends."

Bakugo watched his electric idiot of a friend wrap his arms around Fae's soft stomach and kiss her a million times on the neck while crowing at his girl bestie not to touch his peaches!

Under his breath, he snarled, "Clearly the dumbass likes her if he's getting that possessive, but Denki's always been fast to fall in love."

"But he's not."

Both Bakugo's turned their attention to Shinso, who was squatted on the ground talking to Eitarou. A small smile lingered on his scarred lips as he reassured the stoic child touching his recent scars that he was okay, but every few moments his purple eyes would find their way back to Kaminari and Fae as if they had a will of their own.

Lore's uncharacteristic frown got worse when the second unknown woman invited to their Bakusquad vacation wandered out of the home. Tucked proudly beneath Sero's arm, Elise's much less warm but equally as dangerous eyes landed on her blood sister's suddenly blank expression. With absolutely zero care of what game with fate Fae was playing, Elise chuckled huskily, "Hello bebe."

While Fae shot Elise an annoyed look, Mina was the one that demanded, "Wait, you two know each other?!"

Now it was Bakugo's turn to become concerned. He knew one bad apple was coming to this weekend's events, but he had gotten Sero to swear his life on the fact that Eli was a good person at heart. However he had way too much to protect to risk letting another unknown possibly dangerous person around his family. 

Bakugo placed Kitomi on the ground and handed Hana off to Lore before telling his eldest, "Protect your mother, ya hear?"

"Yes sir!" his baby saluted with a missing tooth filled, and slightly evil, smile.

"'Atta girl," Bakugo crowed proudly before turning his attention back to the problem at hand.

Before he could attempt to reach Fae though, a surprising person stepped into his path.

"What the fuck?"

With the arm not holding his daughter, Kirishima placed his hand on Bakugo's shoulder and smiled, "It's okay."
