After returning home for dinner, Ji Xia went into the dance room to practice and Fu Hengzhi went back to the study to have a video conference for a while -

The reason why he was able to leave early in the afternoon was because he pushed back his work and he naturally has to do it now.

When Fu Hengzhi closed his notebook and came out of the study, it was exactly 9:50 pm.

Actually it wasn't time for Ji Xia to go to bed yet but when Fu Hengzhi opened the bedroom door and wanted to spend some more time with his little wife, he saw that Ji Xia was already curled up on the bed and fell asleep.

She was indeed really tired, two consecutive days of rehearsal from morning to night exhausted all of her strength. Fu Hengzhi looked at her quiet sleeping face and felt that the fatigue he felt the whole day disappeared.

Marriage is actually pretty good.

Fu Hengzhi seems to have been thinking like this every day ever since Ji Xia came to his house. Obviously, such a small person doesn't occupy much space in such a big house but every time he thought of going home, his heart is full as if all the gaps and leeway there were filled by her.

"Well...Mr. Fu..."

Ji Xia turned over on the bed and saw someone standing beside the bed in a daze and called him without looking carefully.

"Yeah." Fu Hengzhi sat down beside the bed and looked at the girl who couldn't open her eyes softly, "Go to sleep, when the competition is over, I'll take you out to have a good time."

Ji Xia was half asleep and half awake so he don't know if she heard it or not but anyway, she nodded and then the words belately passed through her mind: "Aren't you busy?"

"No matter how busy I am , I can still spare some time."

Fu Hengzhi smiled . As his smile deepened, he fiddled with the broken hair that was spread on the girl's cheek; "I have free time on the day of your competition and I have already bought the tickets."

Ji Xia felt a little itchy and subconsciously avoided: "Then I must do my best to cheer up..."

She was still sleepy, and her words became more and more convoluted. At the end, the two words for "refueling" were almost all air sounds and the sweet aroma gently melted into the air from between her lips and teeth.

Fu Hengzhi couldn't help but leaned down and touched her forehead with his hand and then kissed her cheek again.

"You're already great."

The next day, Ji Xia still got up on time at 6:30 but she learned from Butler Liu that Fu Hengzhi had to go out on an errand in the next few days and had already left on a 5:00 a.m. flight.

"Mr. Fu said that he would be back by Thursday so you can rest assured and practice hard."

Although Ji Xia slept very deeply last night but when she woke up she still remembered Fu Hengzhi's promise to take her out to play after her competition. She practiced hard for four days but unexpectedly something happened the afternoon before the competition.

After all, there will be a competition on the next day so all the students who participated in the dance that day were gathered in the school auditorium for a mock rehearsal. The teacher during lunch decided to let them walk again in the afternoon and then go home to rest to be in good shape tomorrow but just after they finish lunch and returned to the backstage of the auditorium, Ji Xia finds that her performance costume is missing and after searching for a while, she finds that it was messily stuffed in another locker.

She quickly pulled out her skirt and the next moment the sound of a large number of round white particles falling to the ground resounded one after another in the entire dressing room. Ji Xia was stunned for a while but she didn't react because the swan skirt in front of her was no longer the one she was familiar with- -the original white gauze layered upright skirt had been cut like leaves cut by the autumn wind and the zipper was also torn from the fabric hanging down lifelessly and the edges on both sides were ripped off like a clotted blood scab.

What made Ji Xia feel even colder was that the plastic pearls adorning the bosom of this dress just fell to the ground just now and it can be seen that they were removed from the thread one by one and then carefully collected and put in the torn dress. The skirt was folded nicely as if it was specially prepared to wait for the moment she discovered it.

How much malice would it take for someone to do such a thing?

"Oh my god..."

"This..."

The girls around the room were alarmed by the sound and surrounded her. Seeing this situation, they could only look at each other for a while not knowing what to do.

"What's the matter, what are you doing here without changing your clothes?"

It happened that the teacher pushed the door and came in and a group of girls turned around looking badly: "Teacher... Ji Xia's clothes..."

The female teacher immediately walked to Ji Xia's side and her face froze slightly: "Who is so immoral!? "

But the most important thing now is that the competition is tomorrow and if the swan dress couldn't be worn it, they can only borrow the old performance clothes from the dance department of the school.

The old swan suit was too old that the skirt turned grey and the class guide couldn't bear see it so he decided to allocate the class fee to buy new clothes for the male lead and female this time. A group of girls participated in it and they measured the size and bought on Taobao. It took them a week before they finally chose the current one.

"It's okay, Ji Xia." Ji Xia planned to go back to the art building by herself to pick up the old dress but Jiang Yao took the initiative to accompany her after hearing about it. "It's not a big deal, I will also wear the old one tomorrow so that we will have the same style as the rest of the class. Maybe it's even better, don't be sad."

Jiang Yao smiled reluctantly and then added shaking his head; "No need to worry, the teacher said that when the stage light plays, the effect may not necessarily be bad and you can make do with it."

But the main problem now is that Ji Xia is very self-critical, after all , in addition to the dancer's own ability, stage performance and performance effects are also very important to score points. If the heroine wears clothes that do not match the hero's, the effect will naturally be greatly reduced.

Although Ji Xia did nothing wrong in principle, it was obvious that she was retaliated because she was hated by others.

Jiang Yao took a few steps forward with his hands in his pocket and found that Ji Xia hadn't followed him. When he turned around, he saw that her eyes were red and she lowered her head.

The boy panicked for a moment, he didn't expect Ji Xia to be so sad because of this incident and took two steps back to the girl; "Ji Xia... don't cry, it's not your fault, the teacher will go and check the survelliance camera, they will definitely not let that psycho get away!"

Jiang Yao's voice made Ji Xia quickly calm down again, she realized that she would make others worry so she quickly wiped her tears with the back of her hand and took two deep breaths to calm down a bit before raising her head to look at Jiang Yao again: " You're right, senior, sorry... I just... just suddenly felt very sad, now it's all right!"

Jiang Yao could see that Ji Xia was trying to smile at him but the corners of her mouth were a little heavy and instead it makes her expression a little strange but it is still very cute.

The slight redness at the corner of the girl's eyes caused by wiping it hard was like hot blood rushing into Jiang Yao's heart causing his heart to run like a scorching hot horse scalded by the heat.

On the other hand, Fu Hengzhi received a photo from an unknown number at the airport.

In the photo, the boy is tall and slender and the girl is slim and the two are very close to each other. The boy's hands held the girl's face as if he was wiping her tears and the girl's familiar dress was blown into a romantic and beautiful wave by the wind.

It was Ji Xia and Jiang Yao.
