It looked like the matter was over with the apology but on Ji Yu's side but one thing happened after another.

Something happened to her paintings.

A newly registered account on Weibo found out that her paintings in the exhibition were plagarised and it was the one she was the most proud of in the exhibition.

The person was very professional, comparing the works, creation time, overlapping pictures and even the parts that cannot be overlapped were picked out separately and flipped horizontally and then overlapped perfectly. It could be said that the accusation was very well prepared.

Originally, Ji Yu didn't care when she received the call from her partner. After all, it was hard to make waves with this kind of thing but unexpectedly, this weibo became a hot search that night.

"Hurry up and think about whether someone is trying to mess with you, such a small account is being rotated by several marketing accounts with millions of fans and now several millions of fans are joining in, you must know who is involved in this. The most taboo thing for people in this industry is plagiarism accusation and even if it is fake, once your reputation is ruined, your career will also be over!"

The matter had been going on for a few days and now it was completely overwhelming. The partner's voice was extremely anxious that Ji Yu immediately hung up the phone and opened Weibo.

Before she even went to the hot search, the weibo about her plagarism was already on her homepage. Ji Yu's weibo gained tens of thousands of followers, she clicked on the red 99+ on the notification list and the the unpleasant words in the comments made her back out immediately.

Of course, the first thing she thought of was that Fu Hengzhi was still angry and was not satisfied with her apology and wanted to make some more articles to embarrass her but she really didn't have the courage to go to Fu Hengzhi again.

That man was really terrifying. He clearly did so many nasty things behind his back, but in front of Ji Xia, he was so supressed pretending to be doing nothing, he was simply a movie king.

She sat on the sofa and looked through it again and found that these group of people even brought up the Ji family's property and they were ready to boycott. Ji Yu posted a Weibo in an attempt to explain that all this was a misunderstanding and that she did not plagiarize but within five minutes of posting it, she received nearly a thousand abusive comments.

Ji Yu was about to go crazy. She was so angry that she almost threw her phone but unexpectedly received a call from her father.

"Hey, Dad, let me tell you-"

She opened her mouth as if she was drowning and was about to complain to her father anxiously but before she could say anything, the man on the other end of the phone scolded her:

"What the hell are you doing?! I just found out that your paintings were plagiarized, do you know that this will also have a negative impact on our family's business, how can you do that, how did I give birth to such a daughter like you!"

"Dad!" Ji Yu's eyes turned red with grievance in an instant and she bit her lower lip unable to speak.

"Dad, what dad, why don't you go and beg Fu Hengzhi to let him use Fu's PR team to help you settle this matter!?" The man yelled into the phone ," Now that things have come to this, I don't have time to worry about you, handle your own affairs!"

The man hung up the phone after yelling and tears fell from Ji Yu's tears out of desperation.

For the first time, she felt the injustice brought about by the absolute difference in ability and felt that she was like an ant pinched between her fingers unable to control her life and death.

Just like Ji Xia was in the past.

She smashed her phone directly on the floor and blocked all the calls to return her painting. She frantically smashed all the glasses in the house and slammed herself onto the sofa panting in a mess.

It was ironic to say but it felt like a present day retribution.

In the evening, Ji Xia received a call from Ji Yu in the kitchen.

She had never heard Ji Yu sound like that, tired and desperate like an animal that was being chased by natural enemies all the way and finally forced into a corner where it was unavoidable and was about to face the death by force.

"Ji Xia, I have done a lot of bad things in the past. I am fully aware of them, I'm really sorry."

"I beg you, can you please ask Fu Hengzhi to help me settle this matter... or I will never be able to paint again in the future, please..."

She finally let go of all her gestures, feeling as humble as she had fallen into the dirt when she pleaded from the other end of the phone.

She was even prepared to be humiliated by Ji Xia before hanging up. She clenched her fists quietly thinking that she would endure no matter what when she heard the sweet voice of the girl on the other end of the phone. :

"Although I don't know what happened yet, I will definitely tell Hengzhi when he comes back, don't worry sister Ji Yu, we will definitely help you."

She finally realized how Ji Xia felt countless times before, and at that moment, she understood what Fu Hengzhi was trying his best to protect.

--It was the kindness she had grown up with in the face of adversity.

Ji Yu suddenly couldn't hold back her tears any longer and the big tears had never been so abundant even when she was scolded by her father for no reason.

"Ji Xia, I'm sorry, really, I've done a lot of things that I'm sorry to you about in the past. I stole your hobbies and I stole your brushes and paper. Actually, I didn't like painting at all, I was just jealous of you. You were so much better in ballet than me and danced better than me... I was jealous that the teacher liked you more than me... I'm sorry..."

Her apology last time was forced and insincere but this time it was sincere that made Ji Xia's eyes turn red when she heard it.

After so many years, she finally understood what happened to Ji Yu's sudden alienation but it was for such a sad and helpless reason.

"It's okay, sister Ji Yu, at least you really like painting now and I really like ballet..." She quickly wiped away her tears fearing that the salty liquid would fall into the dish she was preparing: " Maybe I won't be as good as you now even if I had learned it..."

Fu Hengzhi heard his little wife sobbing in the kitchen as soon as he entered the house and he stood outside the door listening to her say 'Sister Ji Yu' in a very sweet voice mixed with crying and he didn't need to ask to know what was going on.

As he walked upstairs to take a shower and change his clothes, he took out his mobile phone and dialed a familiar number which belonged to Fu's public relations department.

"Wait for my message tonight and prepare to withdraw from the hot search and wait for the popularity to subside for a few days before starting to clean it up."

The matter was over but the people who need to be educated still had to be well educated. Ji Xia's losses and sufferings could not be easily dismissed, it at least gave Ji Yu a good lesson with pain.

Recalling that Ji Xia sniffed her nose with snot and tears in the kitchen just now, Fu Hengzhi was sure that she must have cried like a small kitten and he helplessly curled the corners of his mouth again.

Fortunately, Ji Yu was not hopeless otherwise the little kitten would have been sad again.
