"Mantis! Stop leaving your acupuncture needles in between my herbs and oils. It took me all week to sort it out in my usual alphabetic order!" Daiyu called from her room as she tried to redo it while Mantis yelled back from his room

"My bad. Our packing equipment just look alike and I mistook yours for mine!"

"I never once took your packing equipment. So how could you even mistake mine for yours?" She asked as she checked her herbs and most of her herbs were almost completely used up and empty

Humming, she grabbed a shoulder bag and started taking her empty, tiny herb jars that had the labels with the dots on it, so she would be able to read. Daiyu also grabbed her cloak and put it on

"Guys, I'll be out for just a few hours. I need to get more herbs!" Daiyu let them know while walking past the kitchen, where Po was holding his paw in a bucket of water while panicking and Monkey was standing right next to him

"Calm down, Po. It's only a first degree burn" Monkey said as Po shook his head

"Oh, it hurts so bad. Bad, bad, bad, bad! I feel like a fried-"

"What's all that racket about?" Daiyu asked as she stepped inside

"Po burned himself while cooking" Monkey replied as Daiyu nodded and Po turned to her with pleading eyes

"Daiyu, please. Use your healing powers! You haven't used them for quite a long time, so it's only a perfect timing now that I'm severely injured. Please, please. Oh, pretty please!" Po begged as he clung onto her cloak

"Po, it's not even that bad. Just ten minutes under running water at medium temperature and then leave it to cool. Nothing more" Daiyu assured as she led Po back to the bucket and instructed them what to do

"And where are you off to?" Po asked

"To the forest. That's where I always get my herbs" Daiyu replied as she waved them goodbye and walked outside, but not before running into Crane

"Hey, where have you been? I haven't seen you this morning?" Daiyu asked as Crane circled above her in the sky

"Just getting some fresh air, which I'll continue doing so for now. What about you? Where are you going?" Crane asked as he got his answer when Daiyu showed him her empty herb jars, before putting them back in her shoulder bag

"Alright, see ya!"

Waving at each other, Daiyu headed down to the bamboo forest to collect new herbs. Rosemary, mint and many more. Kneeled down, Daiyu began picking small portions of her herbs she just found and sniffed each of them, checking if they were good enough to take

She plucked the twigs of the herbs smaller and smaller and put them in their jars, then she searched for another area to find different herbs. The only that stood out to her was that it was unusually quiet, too quiet

Even the sound of leaves rustling or even the wind blowing was nowhere to be heard

Until she felt there was someone with her in the forest, miles away, but heading towards her. And Daiyu just muttered to herself to stay calm and not to assume the worst of it

"Okay, it's not a bandit or anything. But it is kind of shady to-"

Suddenly, someone abruptly landed behind her as she screamed and turned around, immediately punching the person in the face

Only to reveal the person to be Crane

"Gah! Crane! Oh, my goodness, I'm so sorry!" Daiyu apologized instantly as Crane rubbed his head
