"We, the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor, offer our services to host various funerals for you. If you want a very extravagant funeral then I can offer you different kinds of coffins for such occasion!" the girl exclaimed as she handed you a coupon before introducing herself.

"I'm the director of the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor. You may call me Hu Tao!"

"Now, let's go and find your measurements before we can find you a perfect coffin for your size. If you want a different design for your coffin instead of a plain one, we can change it!" Hu Tao exclaimed as she grabbed your arm before walking to what seemed to be the funeral parlor.

You were amused by the girl, already taking an interest in her. Of all the odd balls in Liyue, you find her the most oddest but most amusing.

"A funeral director, hm? That's a profession worth dying for." you said with a laugh. Hu Tao looked at you with wide eyes before she let out a laughing fit.

"Oh my Archons, I did not expect you to make such a dark humor. Do tell me your name." Hu Tao stated.

"Ah, yes. I suppose I forgot to introduce myself as well. My name is (Y/N), I'm.. a traveler who wishes to explore Teyvat and its wonders." you replied.

"(Y/N), allow me to say that we are going to be the best of friends." Hu Tao stated as she happily pulled you along to the parlor.

"Besides.. one can say that you put the fun in funeral." Hu Tao added, making you chuckle.

Both you and Hu Tao kept making a lot of dark jokes and giggling to each other's humor. The funeral director completely forgetting about taking your measurements.

Zhongli let out a small huff, he searched for you everywhere around the harbor. He even asked the locals if they have seen you, briefly describing your human appearance while the locals only shook their heads in response.

"Surely she didn't head to Inazuma already?" Zhongli muttered as he walked through the harbor one last time in hopes to find you at least. He wouldn't hate you for immediately going to Inazuma but he would like to come along with you and your travels.

Zhongli stopped in his tracks when he realized something. He didn't need to walk around the harbor in search of you when he could easily find you due to his mark on your neck. Mentally facepalming at his forgetfulness, Zhongli felt you close by and went in ahead.

Stopping in front of the funeral parlor, the amber eyed male was curious as to how you ended up in the place he worked at. Unless a certain director had something to do with it.

Zhongli opened the door and found you sitting on the couch with Hu Tao beside you, looking through multiple documents on the table placed in front of the couch.

"What about this one, (Y/N)? He's wealthy and comes from a noble family but he passed away. They told us to make sure his funeral will be grand but I don't know what kind of design I should put on his coffin." Hu Tao asked as she showed you a file of the noble man.

"How about designing his coffin with colors that matches his family palette? For the materials, maybe what his family is interested in like jewels or flowers." you replied, Hu Tao nodding along to your words and writing it down on her notepad.

"And that's the last one. You are such a genius, (Y/N)! How about you consider working here? We could always use more staff." Hu Tao stated as she looked at you with sparkle in her eyes.

"Director Hu, I'm sure she has other matters to attend to than work at the funeral parlor." Zhongli said, making his presence known as you and Hu Tao glanced in his direction.

"Zhongli dear, it's nice to see you again!" you greeted the male with a smile.

"Oh? You know Mr. Zhongli, (Y/N)?" Hu Tao asked as she picked up the documents on the table before putting them away.

"Yes, indeedy my dear! You could say he's.. a close friend of mine." you replied, unsure of yourself. You don't really know the status you and the male have at the moment.

"A close friend? Now, is that how you would refer to your fiancé, dear?" Zhongli asked as he went to sit beside you on the couch with a calm expression.

"FIANCÉ?!" Hu Tao shrieked out in surprise while you stared at the archon in shock, your face drained of color.

"Yes, I am (Y/N)'s fiancé, Director Hu." Zhongli stated as he placed a hand on your shoulder.

You sat stiffly, not knowing what to do or how to react to the situation. Romantic actions and intimacy weren't your thing when you were alive, you don't even indulge in the sexual activities Angel Dust did.

You died a virgin.

A serial killer virgin.

'Shit..' you thought as your smile strained from the attention Hu Tao was giving you.

"Why didn't you tell me you were engaged? Oh my, I have to make a coffin for the two of you to fit in! Maybe a large coffin that's like a bed for two lovers to share? I should start selling coffins for couples who died together too, that could bring us more profit." Hu Tao mumbled aloud as she began to think of numerous ideas.

"While you do that, I shall be taking (Y/N) home. I'm sure she had a busy day today and a much needed rest is what her body needs." Zhongli announced as he gently patted your head. You would have scared the archon by snapping your neck away from his touch but you can't do that in front of Hu Tao.

"Aww, already?" Hu Tao asked with a sigh as she glanced up at the clock and noticed that it was already late into the night.

"Okay fine. You two head home safe. Let's hang out some more, (Y/N)." Hu Tao bid you and Zhongli farewell as Zhongli guided you back to his abode.

"Of all things, why fiancé? You could have told her we are simply friends of the past." you asked the male beside you, your eye twitching in annoyance now that you will be known as his fiancée when you're in Liyue instead of the Radio demon.

"My apologies, it was the only way for Director Hu to not pester you more with questions. She is one for gossips. Besides, the mark I placed on you also represents that you are bounded to me. In simpler terms, you are my mate." Zhongli explained as the two of you entered his home. You let out a small scoff, knowing you couldn't retaliate due to the contract.

"Just don't do it again. I want to be feared as the Radio demon not the fiancée of the Geo Archon." you muttered as you let out a sigh.

"I plan to go to Inazuma. Maybe tomorrow so that I could explore it and maybe have fun there." you announced, as you sat down on the couch and changed back to your demon form.

"You need a ship to travel the seas to be able to reach the land of Inazuma. I could come along with you, a precaution to ensure the fatui wouldn't come in contact with you. I have heard that the fatui are now interested in the Radio demon that came to Teyvat." Zhongli said as he prepared tea for the two of you.

"That would be a problem. I suppose you can come with me. You do know more about Teyvat than I do, dear." you replied, holding the cup of tea Zhongli handed you before taking a few sips.

"We might bump into Aether and Paimon as well. After travelling with them for a bit, they are known to attract a lot of trouble." you added with a small chuckle. You didn't notice the way Zhongli gripped his cup tightly when you mentioned the blonde traveler.

"It would be wise to prepare what you need for your journey tomorrow. I would inform Director Hu that I'll be taking a leave of absence to be able to join you on your travel. I suppose we should also ask for someone who would be willing to take us to Inazuma." Zhongli informed.

"We won't be needing a ship to Inazuma, darling. I can easily teleport us there easily. Why waste hours standing on a ship when we can teleport and reach a nation within a minute." you replied with a grin, making Zhongli surprised at your suggestion before nodding in agreement.

"You are full of surprises, (Y/N)." Zhongli stated.

"I just have a lot of tricks up my sleeve, dear."
