Six months later...

Y/N POV

"Come on y'all, it's looking sloppy right now. Can we tighten it up please?" my backup dancers nodded. We have been rehearsing this song for a week and it still isn't clean and polished like it should be.

Since the twins are about 10 months, Mani and I decided it was finally a good time for us to get back into making music. I've been preparing for my upcoming tour while she's been in the studio recording her debut album. The first month of there tour she'll be at home with the girls, and when she finishes her album she'll join me for the remaining three months.

"Run it back one more time and then we can take 45 for lunch." I looked around to confirm with everyone before getting into position.

"5, 6! 5, 6, 7, and slide!" Teyana yelled out. Teyana Taylor has been my choreographer since I first got in the game so of course I had to call her up for my first solo tour. As the music ended, we all clapped for each other and grabbed our water bottles. "Very clean y'all, that's what I like to see!"

"Great work everybody. Y'all take a lunch, and we'll start back up around 1:30." I gave our fist bumps and high fives to my dancers before sitting in my chair in front of the room. I pulled out my towel, wiped my face, and started scrolling through my phone.

"Y/n you know you don't have to dance every run through. You're the boss." Tey sat on the floor in front of me.

"Yeah I know, but I want to make sure they see me working just as hard as them." I shrugged. "The extra practice doesn't hurt either. I'm not perfect, but I'm damn sure gon try to be on stage."

"I respect that," she took a sip of her water. "How's the wife and kids?"

"Amazing. They're walking around now, getting into stuff, running Mani around. Mani is very, very happy. She keeps talking about how she wants another set of twins." I shake my head.

"Already? You must be treating her right."

"Like a queen, 24/7. She deserves it though. I think she should be almost here, I know she wanted to bring them by and see the choreography." I pull my phone out and check her location and see her icon is in the back parking lot. "Yeah she's out back, come on."

"Yaaay, I get to meet the babies!" Teyana follows me out back to the Escalade. Once we get outside, I see Mani getting out of the truck with Noah and Nyla hopping off of the platform behind her.

"It's the baby bears!" I gasp playfully. They stop in their tracks and look around for the sound of my voice. When they catch my eyes, they smile big.

"Mama!" they say together. They waddle over to me and I crouch down to pick them up.

"Hi babies! How are you?" I say after giving them kisses.

"Ood!" Noah says, trying to say the word "good". Nyla just giggles in my arms.

"You're good? I'm glad!" I walk over to Mani and lean down to give her some kisses too. "Can't forget mama bear can we?"

"Of course not." she kisses my lips again. "How are you?"

"I'm good, we're on lunch. You know Teyana right?" I gesture towards my choreographer.

"Yes of course!" she gives her a hug. "It's so good to see you again."

"Good to see you too! You look amazing, come on bounce back."

"Please, barely." Mani jokes.

"No seriously you look good. Hopefully I can get to work on your tour next if Bankhead doesn't snatch you up first." Teyana says causing us to laugh. Mani grabs the diaper bag from the truck and puts it on my shoulder. Then, we all head back into the sound stage. I place the twins down and they look at the large room. Noah's face lights up at all the space she has to run freely. She turns back and looks at me with a devious smirk before signing the word "run".
