Devon flipped on his recording device and started his log.
"Devon Thorne, log zero-zero five. Our mission was seemingly a success. But I don't know how to feel about being deployed in such a populated area. I'm sure we caused some civilian casualties during our time in Zenith." He sighed.
"I've been told that Jackson and his team have already been deployed on another assignment. Even though they just got back, I dunno how they do it."
He leaned back in his chair and ran his hand through his hair.
"I only saw Hydros for a few moments. I was hoping to talk to him more but, he's been acting odd lately. Hope it's nothing serious."
"I dunno what else to add since I've already given Doctor Seraph my briefing. I guess I'll end this early."
"Devon Thorne, signing off."
