Missy's P.o.V
"COSMO!"
As soon as I got home, I was screaming in a panic as I searched my entire house for my cat, only to no avail. I couldn't find Cosmo anywhere and that was terrifying. She was only a small cat... who knows where she wandered off too. Who knows what could've been done to her.
"COMSO!" I screamed again until my throat shredded into bits of skin, and the taste of blood was all I could feel.
"COSMO!"
No. No. No! Not my cat. This can't be happening..
"Jesus Christ why are you screaming?!" Avery came out of her room groggy, and half awake as she loosely leaned against her door frame. Curious and confused over my actions.
Her hair was a mess and her clothes were are wrinkly, clearly I had just woken her up. In which, I did feel bad for doing so. But Cosmo means everything to me, I would simply not survive without her.
"Where's Cosmo!" My voice cracked finally, and I could barely speak.
"I- I don't know? I haven't seen her all night. I thought she was in your room, why?"
No longer could I function anymore. I just broke down right there and there, feeling the hot river running loose down my cheeks as I slowly side against the wall. Slumping down on the floor.
