(A/n: let's get some training goingggg. Also this one might feel shorter, and faster to pick up the pace.)

"Nah man I think there's more. She's been weird around me lately."

"You could take her to get tattoos! My buddy Rico just hooked me up with this bad boy..." Hawk flies up from his spot, removing the top of his gi to show us his new back tattoo.

Upon the jagged curves from his muscles, was a giant Hawk with a blue Mohawk to match Eli's hair as the shirt slid off his torso. He made a face in the mirror, sticking his tongue out while growling.

Crazy.

I looked away as soon as he turned back around to explain how he wouldn't ever be able to show his parents. Letting us know not to tell them in the meantime, as went back to focusing on our stretches for todays lesson.

What? Did you think I'd give this up? Hell no.

Well thanks to dad I guess.

"I know Sam, just take her somewhere fun." Aisha adds on while we're all out here trying to make Miguel feel better about them being together. He was so worried about blowing it, that he completely forgot he had to actually take her somewhere.

Thankfully for him, Aisha and Sam were on talking terms again. We all know I have no idea what she liked.

"What about the movies?" I suggest, extending my back to stretch it out. That's always a safe one, but then again there's not much talking going on. So it can be a very terrible first date idea.

"Yeah she would like that! Or Golf N' Stuff." Aisha commented, and we all nodded along. That was probably a way better option, at least you can take the time to get to know each other.

"Wait Missy how are you here right now? I thought you were grounded?" Miguel questions redirecting the conversation onto me. Clearly he was nervous.

My breath stiffens for a moment as I realize I catch myself in another lie. I'm not exactly sure how long this would go on for... but hopefully it'll end soon. I just need mom to be on board with my life decisions. Then I can finally set myself free.

"My dad finally agreed to let me continue karate, as long I'm smart and careful. As far as my mom knows, I'm at school with a study session for A.P. chemistry."

There's the hard part.

Now both dad and I were lying to mom.
