(A/n: I do want y'all to know the updates are gonna get slower because I have a new job, and I will have to put a lot of my focus into that. But! I'm still gonna update this book, and maybe start the other one as well. Maybe I'll create a schedule, we'll see.)
This chapter is also a long one! Grab some snacks and take breaks lol. It's all relevant.
"Uh, your mom has left the key under the garden gnome since kindergarten!"
"Eh, it wouldn't be that hard to break in here..."

I stood over in the corner of my bedroom, staring at myself in the mirror. Getting lost in my thoughts as the sun washed over me, creating a warm space in my room. As I gazed over my look.
I had on a pair of black nylon biker shorts, and a red hoodie to go over with. With the words Eagle Fang printed on the back, with our logo. Wearing my black and white converse to go with it.
All I had to show for my own identity was my blue faded hair, and purple fingernails. Apart from that, I was all eagle fanged up. Either for the worst, or for the best. But a decent student, doesn't leave their sensei behind. Especially when he needs them the most.
In the corner of my eyes I noticed the two plushies on my dresser, angled in front of my mirror. Revealing their reflections into my line of sight.
The fuzzy pink giraffe sat next to the eagle squishmallow, taunting me with my situation. Right then I was reminded of Hawk. It was probably a good time to go talk to him, since I had given him the whole night to ignore my texts.
He had me worried about him. I know how much he loved his hair, and embedded all of his confidence into it. Losing the Mohawk must have been really hard on him.
Considering I couldn't find my cat, or do anything about Hawk. I had nothing else to do as winter break came around, and school would be out for the next two weeks.
Eventually I'd need to become more productive, and find other hobbies. In the case that one of our dojo's loses, what was I going to do after that? Certainly not join Cobra Kai that's for sure.
It all started to dawn on me, and the anxiety was dangling the idea over my head. Following me around like a grey cloud, just the what ifs. Punishing us for not standing our ground.
I should've said something last night to the two Sensei's, but then I figured. What was the point? They wouldn't listen to me anyways.
I just had to trust that Johnny has something up his sleeve.

I pulled my phone out of my pocket and saw that I got two messages. One was from dad, and the other was from Demetri. I chose to open dads first out of pure curiosity. He usually doesn't text, this must be important.
