Still in Hawks P.o.V
The warm breeze of the night hit my skin like a blanket, cascading over my body as I paced around the front door of the dojo. Engulfed by the cool winds that equalized the Valley's temperature. Perfectly suiting this stressful time.
I waited for Moons car to pull up into the parking lot, after I came out with the bag I left behind. Thankfully, everything was still inside. Not a single thing was taken. With this neighbourhood you never knew. There were weirdos everywhere.
Moon pulled into the parking lot raging with fury, as she slams her car door shut emerging from the vehicle. Walking up to me like she was about ready to say something.
Okay so something had gone wrong...
but she seemed fine over text...? What the hell happened.
"Hey babe... I need to talk" a sighed walking over to my girl, opening my arms to give her a tight hug. Usually she would accept my hugs, squeezing against my waist, pulling me in closer. This time, she rejected me, and I was brought back to the days before I became Hawk.
"Yeah we do."
Every memory filled my heart with nothing but anger and desperation. If constantly feeling heartbroken was a sport, I would be winning all the time. Number one fool right here!
"Babe..?"
"Don't babe me! What is wrong with you!" She shoved me back with all her force, which honestly wasn't much... but I stumbled back anyways. With my mouth agape, and eyes filled with horror.
What did this mean for us?!
Oh god please don't let my fears become real...
"What are you talking about?!" I asked not quiet understanding what she was getting at.
"You beat up Demetri over a yelp review?! What we're you thinking???" Moon backs away from me, getting ready to end this conversation.
But I wasn't finished.
"HE DESERVED IT!"
Moon let out a choked up breath, and flinched in my presence.
Suddenly I felt shitty...
Still. I wasn't going to let it go, and she needed to know that being my girlfriend and all.
"SO YOU BEAT HIM UP?! DEMETRI IS YOUR BEST FRIEND!"
