"No one grows tired of the moon.
It is cratered with imperfections.
It has a dark side.
It's all alone in a sea of stars.
She was the moon on earth.
And I would never grow tired of her."CHAPTER THIRTY~TWO.
I hear faint giggles coming from Wesley's room. I grab my phone and check the time, three in the freaking morning! I rub my eyes and place my feet firm on the ground. Pushing myself up from the couch I stumble into the coffee table, hitting my shin against the corner. "Ahh!" I burst out, hopping up and down on one leg until I lose my balance and fall to the ground, wincing in pain.
"What is all that noise?" Wesley inquires.
"Just me dying."
He grabs my hand and pulls me up. "Are you okay?"
"Just dandy." I say sarcastically.
"What happened?"
"Just tripping. What is all that noise coming from your room?"
He itches a scar on his chest, "Uh.. what noise?"
"There's giggling."
"You must be going a little crazy. Did you hit your head?"
"As a matter of fact I did, on the dresser, that's why there's a bruise on my forehead."
"You should be sleeping." He informs me, helping me to the couch.
"I can't."
"Well why not?"
I roll my eyes, "Because there's giggling in your room! It's loud!"
"Your just hearing things, shut up and go to sleep."
"Rude." I mumble, tossing the blanket over me. "There's a bar in my back, can I sleep in your room?"
His eyes widen for a moment, "No."
"Why? Is it weird for you?"
"No it's not that."
"Then what is it?" I raise a brow, sitting back up. "What exactly are you doing in your room?"
"I'm watching a show, nothing of importance. Close your eyes and go to bed."
"Wesley, what's going on?"
"Literally it's nothing, your being paranoid. Goodnight." He walks back into his room, closing the door behind him.
I huff and push myself back up, tip toeing over to the door. I quietly push the door open and see Wesley kissing Hollys naked shoulder. "Oh my god!" Their heads snap to look at me. "I think I'm going to be sick." I grab my coat and slip on a pair of boots before exiting the apartment. Inhaling the frigid air around me.
Holly and Wesley? Again? This is unbelievable, she was staying at Teddy's house tonight. Why on earth would she sneak back in at three in the morning? I come to a halt, holding my throbbing head in my hands, squeezing my eyes shut at the horrible pain.
