"Tell me the story about
how the sun
loved the moon so much
He died every night
to let her breathe."

CHAPTER EIGHT.
The Next Day.

I grab my coffee from in front of me and chug it down.

"Guys love a girl that can chug."

I place my cup down and look at Wesley who's sitting in front of me. "Shush." I rub my forehead and sigh. "I didn't get the chance to tell you yesterday. Teddy had sex with Kelly outside, under my flipping window. He didn't actually steal money from me." I lean forward and he mimics my movement. "Kasey had sex with Greg." I whisper.

His mouth drops, a few minutes go by before he responds. "You're kidding?"

I shake my head, "I wish... and after they you know what, he never called her again-"

"That son of a bitch!" He shouts, causing people to glance at us.

I push my hair behind my ear, "Don't worry, I took care of it."

"You killed him?" He asks in disbelief.

"What? No! I broke his nose down at the store."

He grins and lets a little chuckle loose. "Badass!"

"I don't think we should tell Teddy. Otherwise he will kill him."

He nods. "Yeah, he would. Last year he punched a guy for just glancing at Kasey." He grins. "Did you hurt your hand in the process of breaking his nose?" He gestures towards my hand.

I look at my bandaged, wrapped hand. "Uh, yeah. I didn't think his face would be that solid, nor did I think I could punch that hard."

He chuckles. "I've gotten into a few fights."

"I didn't doubt it." I grab a few cheesy fries and shove them into my mouth. "I'm probably fired, I left before Marty could say anything." I sigh. "Tessa and Ryan are gonna kill me. I need to find a job, just incase."

"I can help you find one."

I smile. "Thanks."

The bell rings and Teddy walks up to our table, scooting in next to Wesley. "Did you guys see Greg Smiths nose? It looks bad as heck!"

Wesley shakes his head. "Nope, didn't see it."

Teddy glances at my hand. "What happened to your hand?"

I glance at Wesley and then back at Teddy. "Uh, um.."

"She hit it on the flag pole outside." Wesley blurts.

Teddy raises an eyebrow and leans forward, "How did that happen?"

"Hey guys." Bryson's smiles, scooting in next to me.

I grin, "Hey Bryson."

"What happened to your hand? Was it like that last night?" He asks.

I nod, "Yeah it was, you probably couldn't see it because it was dark."

"Whoa hello! What now about you two being together last night?" Teddy inquires with a small smirk and a raised eyebrow.
