CHAPTER EIGHTEEN.
Later that evening, 9:07p.m.Bryson throws his arm over my shoulders, snuggling his body against mine. I glance over at Wesley and Teddy laughing about something. I look up at Bryson who's already looking at me.
"You're really good at bowling."
I grin, "Thanks, you're not bad yourself."
He chuckles, "Yeah but you're really good."
"Really good in bed?" Teddy snickers.
Wesley slaps him in the arm, "Don't be a perv you perv."
"At bowling." Bryson clarifies.
"Yeah she is, did you used to bowl?" Wesley inquires.
I nod, "Yeah it was like a weekly thing my family and I did, we're pretty competitive."
"Oh boy! I'd love to see that!" Teddy blurts out.
Wesley smacks him in the arm again, almost knocking him off the log. He holds onto his arm making sure he doesn't fall. "Next time you make another gross comment, I will push you off, and it'd be funny to watch you try and get back up."
Teddy waves his hand in defense. "Chill, I was only joking."
"Did you just tell me to chill?"
Teddy nods, "Uh YEAH!"
Wesley extends his middle finger towards him, "Maybe you should just shut up and not be so sickening that I want to vomit!"
"Oh yeah? And what are you going to do about it?" Teddy asks, smirking and leaning closer to his face. "Whats the baby gonna do?"
Bryson and I look at each other and chuckle, he grabs my hand and pushes his lips close to my ear. "Lets get outta here." He whispers.
I grin and he grips his hand tighter around mine. We wander farther away from the fire and out of their sight before they notice we're gone. "When do you think they'll notice we're not there?"
He shrugs, "Probably at least fifteen minutes, give or take."
"Where are we going?" I ask.
He stops abruptly, banging into his back. He turns around and chuckles, pushing my back against a tree. "So we can do this." He places his warm hands on my jaw and pushes his lips against mine. I place one hand on his waist and the other around his neck. I stand on my tiptoes as he runs his fingers through my long hair. I glance over his shoulder and see the fire flickering in the distance. I brush my fingers through his soft, dark hair.
"We need to get more alone time." I whisper into his ear.
He grins and brushes his finger against my cheek. "Do you want to go on a date tomorrow?"
I pull my face away from his, "Um yeah, of course I do!"
"Great! I'll pick you up around twelve in the afternoon?"
"Sounds great!"
He brushes my hair behind my ear and rests his hand below my ear. I meet his gaze as his eyes scatter to my lips, he brushes his lips slightly against mine.
"Okay, I was totally expecting you two to be necking." Wesley grunts.
"Come on, man." Bryson grumbles, raking his fingers through his hair awkwardly.
