CHAPTER TWENTY~FIVE.

Wesley glares at me, shaking his head side to side. "My God, you better wash the sheets." He hops up off the stool and walks over to Teddy, grabbing his arm and pulling him out of the booth, "Get outta there." He growls.

"It's so gross I can't stop watching!"

I grin and help Teddy, I sling his arm over my shoulder and wrap my arm around his back. "How are you feeling Teddy?"

"Like I want to puke, they are so disgusting, it's like you don't want to look but you can't look away-"

I chuckle, "Not about that, bud."

"Oh.. well, I'm feeling better. I can almost walk fully without crutches."

"Hey thats great! I'm really proud of you."

He grins, "Thanks Pais, you're a good friend."

I take a deep breath and glance over at Holly. "Thanks Teddy, but I don't know about that. Do you wanna hangout here or go somewhere else?"

I watch Wesley smack Sylvester in the back of the head and grab Hollys arm, pulling her forcefully out of the booth. They walk over to the other end of the diner, he rolls his eyes and says something to her, causing her to gaze at me, she crosses her arms over her chest and says something back. I look away from them and look up at Teddy.

"Where ever you want Paisley. But the hangout would be okay, I haven't been there in a bit."

I nod, "Okay Teddy, I'll have Bryson take us to the hangout." I set him down in a booth and walk over to Bryson. "Hey, Teddy wants to go to the hangout."

"Okay Doll Face, let me go grab us some coffee and then we'll be on our way."

"Do you remember when we used to dance? And incident arose from circumstance One thing lead to another, we were young And we would scream together songs unsung It was the heat of the moment Telling me what your heart meant The heat of the moment shone in your eyes." Bryson and I sing over the loud music and dance in our seat.

"GUYS I CAN'T HEAR THE MUSIC!" Teddy shouts from the backseat.

"Then sing along!" Bryson chirps with a smile.

Bryson drives into the forest a few miles before stopping. We hop out of his Jeep and help Teddy to our spot.

"Thanks for sticking by my side guys." Teddy tells us with a small smile.

"That's what friends are for." Bryson pats his back.

"There's a lot of people that don't stick by their friends when times get tough."

"Yeah there are, but those people aren't people you want to hang around with. At least not for very long." I smile slightly.

He nods, "I just really appreciate it... I really do. Thank you."

Bryson and I glance at each other, "You're welcome."

"So I was thinking, to make up for all the help, next week is a three day weekend, so if your up for it, we can go up to the family cabin?"

"Um totally up for that!" I chirp. "That would be so nice."

"Okay then it's a plan." He smiles.

"I'll call Wesley and let him know." Bryson tells us, getting off the log and walking a few feet away from us.
