Beads of sweat made their way out, merging into a stream as they slid down JeongWoo's skin like water against a window on a rainy day. The alpha chewed on his bottom lip as he stared at his own reflection on the foggy mirror. He just got out of the shower stall and the mirror hadn't gotten clear from the steamy bath, and yet he was already sweating profusely.

It was a bad sign, and he knew it.

"Woo, are you not done yet?" JeongWoo tore his gaze away from his own burning face to look at the closed door at Junkyu's voice calling him loudly from the bedroom.

"In a minute!" He quickly shouted back, hoping Junkyu won't get into the bathroom to check on him.

His rut symptoms had gotten worse since Junkyu made him aware of his pre-rut state two days ago. He didn't eat as much on the last three meals including his breakfast this morning, as though his body told him he had secured enough energy to go through his rut. He felt restless throughout the day yesterday. He wasn't able to function properly and ended up ditching his portion of work, which he miraculously had been able to do daily despite Junkyu's constant craving of sex and attention during their stay at the island.

And speaking about sex, it became harder to stay on Junkyu's side without him having a thought to stick his seemingly permanent hard-on into his mate's ass, even as he sleep. It happened last night where he suddenly woke up at the wee hours and found himself grinding his painfully hard length on Junkyu; breeding the omega was no longer a want, but a need at this point.

"Alright. Don't forget to use more blocker." Junkyu said from right behind the door, and JeongWoo shuddered when he could smell Junkyu's sweet scent sipping through the small gap under the door. Just a faint scent of his omega was enough to get him leaking underneath his towel.

JeongWoo immediately washed his face to get rid the thought of him planting his seeds on the omega off, then did as he was told. He grabbed his scent blocker and practically showered himself with it before he put his clothes on just so Junkyu wouldn't change his mind about them going to the main island.

The omega had insisted to stay with him for his rut and agreed to get his health checked in return. At first JeongWoo wanted to break the deal since no matter what he wouldn't let Junkyu to be the subject of his animalistic desire, and besides, Jaehyuk can check on him once they're back at home. Until it struck on him, he should find a way to get Junkyu out from the island before his rut hit, and pretending to go with him to a hospital on the main island sounds like a great idea.

The plan was to fly to the main island using his chopper, he would load Junkyu first and tell some excuses to go back to the villa, and while he's still inside, his pilot is going to fly the whirlybird without him. For sure there's nothing Junkyu can do by then except to wait until they land on the island across the sea. And after that, his mate would be in the hands of Max to keep him safe, and Ayida and Dayana to keep him company for a few days.

It was a reckless plan with a risk of Junkyu going to be so damn angry with him, but an angry Junkyu is still better than a dead Junkyu, right?

"I'm done. Are you ready?" JeongWoo asked as he walked out of the bathroom, his eyes caught Junkyu adorably swinging his legs while sitting on the bed, eyes twinkling with anticipation as he patiently waited for him.

"I'm ready!" Junkyu jumped off the bed and strode to his mate. "I can still smell your pheromone." He mumbled as he sniffed on JeongWoo's gland.

The alpha held his breath at the sudden closeness. Junkyu's scent filled his nostrils, making him feel dizzy and his body felt hotter. "I will try to control it." He gasped out.

Instead of moving away, Junkyu wrapped his arms around JeongWoo and nuzzled his face on the alpha's neck, causing JeongWoo to growl in his throat. "You know, we can do this after your rut. I can tell it's going to happen in a few hours. What if your rut come while we're there?"
