My eyes slightly widened. Is that seriously his first question? I turned back towards Torin. I saw hope in his eyes. That confused me. I sighed.
"I haven't had my first crush yet." I lied. Torin's face went from a little disappointed to normal again. He smiled.
"Understandable. There aren't many good people here." He said.
"No, especially not here!" Faith said. I laughed.
"You got a point! We're in the fucking land of ogre's." I replied, laughing. We laughed about that for a while, before I fell asleep.
When I woke up the next day, the pain was relatively less painful. I could finally sit up again. It took me some time to convince Faith and Torin, but eventually, we started our journey through the land of ogre's again. Things went smoothly at first, until we finally reached the Ogre's swamp. We silently walked closer to the swamp as we hid behind a few large rocks. The swamp was filled to the brim with ogres, just like Torin expected. He quietly circled around the place, keeping out of sight. Faith looked at him, praying he'd be okay. Torin soon came back.
"Bad news, ladies. The whole place is scattered. There's no way we'll get there unnoticed." He said. Faith and I sighed. I stroked my hands on my hand.
"Well, what are we going to do now?" I whispered.
"We wait." Torin replied. I sighed, annoyed, and leaned back against the stone 'wall'. This is going to be a long day.
"Wake up!" Faith pushed my arm. Confused, I sat up straight against the wall. I didn't notice I fell asleep. I looked up at Faith and her beautiful, hazel eyes met mine. I tried my best not to stare for too long. I clumsily stood up and muttered a stupid and silent 'sorry'.
"It's fine." Faith replied with her heartwarming smile. That same smile that always gave me butterflies. I turned my head away before she could see my blushing face. I suddenly heard a rustling sound. I turned around as quickly as I could, only to almost bump into Torin. He smirked as I quickly stepped back. Faith scraped her throat.
"Save to go?" She asked. Torin nodded.
"Aye. There are still some ogres. But ogres are stupid. If we keep quiet, we'll be able to pass them. Just do that as silently as possible. Ogres are stupid, but pretty damn fast." Torin explained. I clapped my hands one time and straightened my stand.
"Let's go then." I silently said. Torin nodded and signed for us to follow him. Faith and I quietly followed Torins exact footsteps. We silently passed the clueless ogres.
"What now?" I asked. Torin shrugged.
"I guess we gotta start looking now." He said.
