"Asmodeus, now that you are in the neighbourhood, come over for dinner tonight. Maryse would love to meet Sera."
"I would love to but, isnt it too much for you?"
"Don't bother about that. And Magnus will be able to meet Izzy and Jace, too. He seems to get along very well with Alec. " Robert and Asmodeus looked at Magnus and Alec.
Magnus was sitting on one of the small chairs Lisa gave them, and Alec was looking at him the entire time. Magnus took a pink marshmallow from the bag and handed it over to Alec. That marshmallow was as big as five years old Magnus's Palm. Alec smiled widely and took the marshmallow from Magnus's hand, and put it on his mouth.
Tasty, " Alec said.
"Yes," Magnus said with a big nod.
"Thank you so much, Robert. Sera would love to see some new faces. She has been very bored in the past few days."
"Then see you tonight. I'll text you the address."
"Sure. Thanks again, pal. " Robert smiled at Asmodeus and then looked at Alec.
"Alec, let's go home now, shall we?"
"NO," Magnus replied. He quickly grabbed from Alec's hand.
"Don't go," Magnus looked at Alec with his big eyes.
"Magnus, we are going to Alec's house tonight. So, for now, let Alec go."
"No, dada." Magnus shook his head. Alec didn't say anything. He has always been a calm and quiet child, but he finally opened his mouth.
"Dad, can Magnus come with us?"
"Alec, that's out of question. We will see Magnus later today. I am sure Magnuss mom is waiting for him.
"Dada, I'm going with Alesaner."
"Magnus, no, mom is waiting for us.
"But..." Alec looked at Magnus. Magnus was tearing up now, again. His cheeks were turning red, and he was a few seconds away from sobbing loudly. Alec wiped a tear drop on Magnus's chubby cheeks. Alec looked at Robert with pleading eyes.
"Can I go with him? Please, dad. Princess is crying. " Robert looked at Asmodeus apologetically.
"I'm really sorry about this Asmodeus."
"It's really okay, Robert. Don't be upset. If you are okay with it, I can take Alec home with me. Sorry, Magnus is a cry-baby. And I can't say no to him when he cries.
"I can understand why you can't say no. He is adorable. Thank you, Asmodeus. I hope Alec won't give you many problems. If he does anything please, please call me!"
"I'm sure our big boy Alec won't give any problems. Right, Alec?" Asmodeus looked at Alec and Magnus. Alec gave Asmodeus a big nod, and Asmodeus couldn't help but smile when he saw how serious Alec looked.
"Good, then Alexander, listen to Uncle Asmodeus and Aunt Sera. Play with Magnus and Uncle Asmodeus, will bring you home tonight. Are you okay with that? Are you not going to miss Mama or Izzy or Jace?"
"No," Alec quickly replied.
"Okay. He is stubborn. He won't change his mind." Robert looked at Asmodeus.
Robert went back home alone, and Asmodeus took Magnus and Alec to their home. Magnus's mom, Asmodeus loving wife's eyes widened when she saw a cute boy next to Magnus. "Oh my, who is this baby?"
"I'm not a baby. I'm a big boy." Alec said with a very hard stare, but he liked this aunty because she also looked like the princess.
"I'm so sorry. So, what is your name?" Sera smiled.
"I'm Alec."
"No, Mama, he is Alesaner," Magnus replied. Magnus couldn't pronounce Alexander yet. Sera looked at her husband.
"Alec is his short name. He is Robert's oldest son. You know Robert. Right?"
"Of course. How did you meet them?"
"In the shop. I'll tell the whole story we have some tea. " He winked at his wife. Sera laughed.
"Okay, okay. Magnus, baby, show Alec your room. You two can play in there. And if you want anything, call Mama. For now, how about cakes and juice?"
"Yayy..." Magnus celebrated.
"What about you, Alec? Do you like cake? I have chocolate cake and carrot cake. What do you like?" Alec's face reddened. He bit his lip hard and thought hardly. It was a very important decision.
"Chocolate cake" Finally Alec replied.
"Great, chocolate cake and apple juice, it is. Now go to the room. And give Alec your toys. Okay?"
"Okay, Mama. Alesaner, let's go." Magnus pulled from Alec's hand and went to his room. Alec looked around Magnus's room with wide eyes. It was full of cartoon characters, and the room was decorated in purple. Magnus had all kinds of toys. Cars, planes, helicopters, then dolls, makeup boxes that Izzy had, a red colour toolbox. Well, almost everything a toddler would want. Alec's eyes went to a bow and quiver in Magnus's room.
"You like it?" Magnus asked. Alec nodded.
"You can have it." Magnus gave Alec a toothy grin.
"Thank you," Alec smiled widely.
