KH: kya? Pagal hai kya? Roz saath mei tiffin kha lena school mei
M: maine bhi yehi bola tha but usne bola hai bahar milne.. aur ab last wish hai uski, mai mana bhi nhi kr paayi (said M pouting cutely)
KH: tu na pagal hai... Kaha se milegi usse roz? Tu humara naam leke bhi kitna hi nikal legi, terko kya lagta hai, teri Aapi tujhe Roz bahar jaane ko allow kar degi?
M: obviously not, aur yehi toh problem hai na yaar... Aapi ko bilkul nhi pasand hai roz roz itna ghumna fodna
KH: fir kya karegi?
M: aghhh, pata nahi... Kuch toh figure out karna hi hoga... Usko bhi toh mana nhi kr sakte na... Aur afterall ye sab toh mai aapi ke liye hi kar rhi hu
KH: hmm... Chalo, koi na, ek hafte ki baat hai, hum dono milke kuch jugaad laga lenge... Tum chaap mat lo....
M nodded with a slight smile knowing that KH will always support her, no matter what
Time skips
At home:
The guest room was cleaned and KS and KH were shifting and arranging their stuff over there. Although they had decided to spend their days and nights in their best friends' room like before but they shifted their stuff for convenience and better accessibility for all the 4 of them. HM and M had told them that the stuff was fine where it was in their rooms but KS disagreed and now they were on the room arranging process.
Meanwhile HM was in her room, working on some file and M was in her room. While working HM looked out for water as she was thirsty when she realised that the bottle was empty. So she let that be for a while... Again after some time the thought of Mannat being little different from 2 days struck in her mind so she decided to go check on her also filling up the bottle.
HM peeped in M's room to find her sitting on the bed with a copy opened infront of her, but she was clearly not studying and was instead lost in thoughts...
HM knocked M's room's door to gain her attention
HM: kidhar???
M: kya kidhar?
HM: kidhar hai?
M: dimaag toh sahi hai? Ghar pe hai, apne room mei, aapke saamne toh hai (M said completely being confused)
HM: tch (came forward and gave her a light tapli)
M: ye kyu ab 😳 (said M, dramatically rubbing her head where she received the tapli)
HM: humne pucha dhyan kidhar hai
M: aap hi ne toh padhne bola na aapi, ye dekho copy bhi hai (M raised the copy a little to show it to HM)
HM: copy toh naam ki khol rakhi hai, dhyan toh tumhara bilkul nhi tha isme
M: tha areh... Tha na... Pura dhyan tha...
HM: hume toh nhi lagta
M just avoided to look at HM and turned her face, but HM cupped her face and made her look at HM
HM: batao, kya soch rhi thi
M: kuch bhi toh nahi
HM: acha 🤨
M: sachhi aapi, kuch nhi, koi baat nhi hai
HM huffed lightly and shifted the copy kept infront of M and herself sat there... M was confused but HM held M's both hands and continued to speak as they had an eye contact
HM: hum jitna bhi gussa kar le aapko, jitna bhi daat le, Peet le, but you should know I love you the most
M: I... I... I know aapi... Hum bhi.. (said M being amazingly shocked at this sudden confession, it's not that she didn't know about this, she knew HM loved her alot, but she rarely actually sat and expressed it)
HM smiled lightly knowing why M reacted this way... Cause HM never expresses usually, Mahi does that at times though....
HM: toh I hope you also know... Ki aapi is there and will be there for you when you need...
M (slightly nodded): j.. jii
M (in mind to herself): ye.. aapi aise kyu baatein kr rhi, kahi koi mission toh nahi hai.... Tch nhi nhi... Bhagwan ji pls... Koi khatarnak mission nahi
M's chain of thoughts were broken when HM spoke up again
HM: koi baat hai kya jo aap hume batana chahengi?
M: haan?😳
HM: kuch hai?
M: Hein? Nhi... Konsi... Konsi baat?
HM: koi bhi baat, jo aapko pareshan kr rhi hai... Aap humse share kar sakti hai
M: nhi... Nhi... Koi aisi baat hai hi nahi aapi (saying this M removed her hand from HM's hold as she was tensed to not speak out about Ranveer)
HM noticed this but decided not to talk about it then
HM: dekhiye, hum 2-3 din se notice kar rhe hai, aap kuch pareshan lag rhi hai... Isliye keh rhe hai
M: pareshan? Haha mai kabse pareshan hone lagi aapi... Mai toh logo ko pareshan krti ho, merko kon karega🤣🤣
HM: vo toh pata nahi, but...
M: areh kya aap bhi ye sab leke, koi pareshan vareshan nhi hai hum.... Haa... Vaise ek chiz hai jisne hume pareshan kar rakha hai
HM: kyaaa? (Asked curiously)
Aajke liye bas itna hi...
Aage kya hoga?
