"So far, not too bad." Shinsou says. Kaminari nods, agreeing.
"Meh." The Todorokis from the future shrug.
Everyone is gathered in the living room, talking.
The twins are telling their cousins about the previous day.
"We spent all of yesterday at Uncle Kacchans! And played with Kazumi!" The twins grin.
"I can't believe you got your brats to call me that, dumb nerd!"
"Don't call my children brats!" Izuku growls angrily.
"Uncle Eijirou got me a firetruck!" Itsuki shows it off proudly.
"Oh yeah!" Kirishima grins.
"Uncle Kacchan got me ice skates!" Shosuke says "But dad wouldn't let me bring them to show to you." He pouts.
"That's because they're too sharp!" Shoto calls over and sighs. He turns back to his husband "I can't believe Bakugou got him those, Shosuke is three! He can't even ride a bike yet!"
"Calm down Sho. You know how Kacchan is." Izuku says softly and strokes his husbands arm.
"And you won't believe what Hikkis grandparents got her!" Itsuki continues excitedly "A huge Pikachu plushie!"
"Whoa!" Hato and Setsuko say in awe.
Mailin and Shota grin proudly, Shinsou rolls his eyed, annoyed but fondly.
Hikki and Denki squeal.
Hikki then turns to her grandparents "I still have that Plushie!"
Rei and Fuyumi start then call everyone over for dinner. After that the kids storm over to the tree.
"PRESENTS!"
The adults laugh as the kids tear apart the wrapping paper.
The children cheer in delight at their presents. They're trying them out and showing each other what they got while also thanking their parents, uncles, and grandparents for said gifts.
Suddenly, Izuku freezes, his breath stutters and his eyes widen.
Tenko turns to him "Oh no... I know that look-"
"He is here." Izuku whispers, horrified. "Father is here."
The theater is quiet in an instant.
At that Tenkos eyes widen in horror "No!"
Everyone turns to the backyard when high pitched screams ring out. The twins and Setsuko are no longer by the tree.
Immediately Tenko sprints outside "Setsuko!"
"Itsuki! Shosuke!" Shoto and Izuku call out, panicked, sprinting outside as well.
The others follow closely, Rei and Fuyumi stay inside with Hato, leading him into another room.
"What is going on? Where are Setsuko and the twins?" Hato ask frantically while looking around in alarm.
"Everything is going to be alright." Rei shushes him, tears well up in Hatos eyes. Fuyumi hugs him tightly.
Meanwhile, outside
"Show yourself, bastard!" Rumi yells angrily.
"All for one!" Izuku head whips around, lighting going over his body.
"Now now, is that how you should talk to you father?" All for one comes out of the shadows, levitating the twins and Setsuko in front of him. The three are squirming and crying.
Class 1-A stares at Midoriya, eyes wide and mouths agape.
"That guy is your father?!"
"What the fuck?!"
"How?!"
Midoriya is just confused as them. His mother always told him his father is working overseas and now... that villain is supposed to be his father?! His breath quickens without him noticing, the corners of his eyes go dark, and he feels lightheaded.
A soft hand calmly rubbing his back snaps Midoriya out of hyperventilating.
"Izuku?"
"S- Shoto?"
"I'm here. Everything will be ok. We'll figure this out, together." Shoto takes Izukus hand, intertwining their fingers and softly stroking his knuckles.
The twins hurry over.
"Are you ok Papa?" Shosuke asks worriedly.
"Do you want a break?" Itsuki asks.
Midoriya shakes his head "No, no. I want to see how this ends."
"Are you sure?" Shoto looks at him with so much adoration in his eyes, it makes Midoriya smile.
Midoriya nods determinedly.
"Papa! Dad!"
"Everything will be alright, we're here." Shoto says calmly while glaring at the villain.
"How are you here?! We locked you up after taking away your quirks!"
All for one chuckles darkly "Or so you thought."
"Release our children!" Natsuo yells as Touya and Endeavor fire up their quirks.
"Oh, Tomura, Izuku. My sons... you never told me I have grandchildren! And with such strong quirks as well." All for one grins, his hands inching closer and closer to Itsuki and Setsuko.
"Don't you dare touch them!" Tenko hisses.
It all goes in slow motion as All for one touches Setsuko face. She cries and grabs his wrist.
At first nothing happens but then...
"AAAAAGH" All for one yells out in agonizing pain and drops the kids to the ground harshly.
They lie there, watching horrified as All for one cracks and falls into dust.
Their parents hurry over and comfort their crying children.
"I think Setsuko just developed her quirk." Tenko whispers, looking at his husband in shock.
"Oh wow...."
"Damn..."
"That was... a lot."
"So that is how your quirk developed."
"I'm so sorry dear, that must've traumatized you all deeply."
"To be honest, we barely remember it." Itsuki says and Shosuke nods.
Izuku sighs in relief "That's good."
"Setsuko...?"
It takes a while for to answer, when she does Setsuko curls in on herself "I remember bits and pieces..."
"I think we could use a break now." Natsuo says and everyone agrees.
Break it is.
