Lin Jing arrived at the bank and was met by the guards who were holding the three unconscious thugs.
"Are they alright, just unconscious?"
"Yes, the lawyer was planning on killing them later in the week the same way he killed My Lord's earthly father, car accident. He admitted it freely. Black Robe will speak to him soon, at present My Lord has not revealed himself, and he would rather you not interfere, we could stop you easily but we really don't want to be in that position."
"I trust Black Robe and he has stated that he will not harm the lawyer, so we won't interfere, we'll wait."
"Thank you, would you like to listen to what is happening, My Lord left a doorway in your mind? It would be better if you sit down somewhere first."

"I drove the car myself that time, I couldn't afford to hire someone, the trick was trying to make it look like an accident but I needed you alive, so it had to be a time when he was alone in the car."

"Yes, it took years but I knew I had time, your skill only surfaced after the coma, that's what your father believed would happen."

"Yes that was easy, got the hired help to hit a couple of shop fronts first so that it wouldn't look intentional but he survived, pure luck, he should have died."
"How will you explain his or my death now?"
"Easy, no one will miss you, and your boyfriend committed suicide with left over drugs in the psychiatric unit of a run down hospital, nobody is going to care."
Lin Jing couldn't believe what he was witnessing and he hoped that Shen Wei would keep his promise not to kill this man because the more he spoke, the more reasons he was giving him to end his life.
