Emily's POV

"Hotch. Where's Gideon?" Derek asks Aaron.

"I called his cell. It's right there. It seems he left in a hurry." Aaron says.

"P.D. thinks he did this?" Derek asks. Jason was covered in blood and his girlfriend was murdered. Dorothea was still missing and we're also looking for her, especially Jason who seemed extremely pissed.

"They have six witnesses who saw him running down the street, covered in blood, wielding a gun." Aaron says.

"Okay, he was probably chasing the son of a bitch who did do this." Derek says.

"Either way, we're under strict orders not to get in the way of the investigation. Gideon's a suspect, we're his colleagues." Aaron says.

"Conflict of interest. There's no way they'll ask for our help." JJ says while wrapping an arm around my shoulder.

"Which he needs badly right now."

"Well, who spoke to him last?" Derek asks us.

"I did, about two hours ago. He said he was late for a date." Aaron explained to us.

"Do we even know who she is?" Derek asks him.

"An old school friend. We're conflicted out of the investigation. We're just here to answer questions the M.P.D might have, so we need to assess what we can while we can." Aaron tells us.

"Evisceration of the torso, removal of various organs, the guy's clearly a sexually sadistic psychopath." Spencer says.

"He's well-versed with a scalpel. He's done this before. We need to at least get photos."

"JJ, your cell phone- get as many as you can as quickly as you can. Get them to Garcia." Aaron tells her.

"No sign of forced entry. Why?" Aaron tells us, referring to the entrance of Jason's apartment.

"Everything is as it was... Nothing has been disturbed... Wine poured but not drank. The victim simply let the assailant in. And why wouldn't she? She was waiting for Gideon. It's his home. Forensics won't find any defensive wounds. Why? Because she didn't defend herself. She couldn't. He came here looking for Gideon and he found her. Now, he knew he didn't have a lot of time, but... Here she is, and here he stands- a sexual sadist. A psychopath with the need to kill just as natural as his need to breathe." Derek says, referring to Frank is we're suspecting that he did this.

"He moved swiftly, every stroke of his blade exact, from lower torso to throat. She was awake the entire time, until mercifully she passed away. The toxicology report will find high levels of ketamine in her blood. He opened her up, removed her lower-right rib bone, which is missing."

"Prentiss, left hand." Derek says, showing me the woman's hand.

"That looks like part of the rib bone."

"Frank's back and he's not just kidnapped Dorothea, but also kill Gideon's girlfriend." Derek tells us.

"If this is who we think it is, he took the rib bones as gifts to give to Jane." Spencer tells us.

"And yet this one he gave back to Sarah. Why?"

"It's not for Sarah, it's for us. It's a message." Aaron tells us.

Dorothea's POV

"Were you taken by the bad man too?" A little girl with blonde hair and blue eyes asks me from her place on the floor.

"Yes he did because I am friends with Jason Gideon."

"He saved me from Jeffrey Charles. My name's Tracy Belle." Tracy tells me and my mind flashes to an article I read about Jeffrey Charles.

"My name is Dorothea Prentiss-Jareau and my mommies work for the FBI. I am going to make sure you go home safe and sound."

"How can you promise something like that, Dorothea?" Tracy asks me while I hand her my food.

"Because I am the only one that Jason cares for right now because my mommies work with him. That does not mean he does not care for you. It is what I am going to tell the bad man so he lets you go. When he lets you go, go to a store and tell them to call the police. Then tell the police what happened and if Jason comes, tell him that this is not his fault. He will blame himself and we do not want that."

"Okay I will try Dorothea." Tracy tells me when Frank returns and I push Tracy behind me.

"I'm not going to hurt the girl." Frank tells me.

"I know but Jason does not care about Tracy. He cares about me because I am valuable to the team. Let Tracy go right now and I will let you do whatever you want to me to make Jason suffer." Frank nods and ushers Tracy to go out the door. Tracy runs out the door and Frank drags me into a bedroom where he proceeds to cut me.

JJ's POV

"JJ?" Emily asks me, causing me to look up from Gideon's black leather-bound book.

"Hey, uh, Gideon had a book, a black leather-bound book. Garcia discovered something. It looks like the first page has been ripped out. You can only really see what's left on the side of the page, but it's definitely Gideon's handwriting. Looks like some kind of a list."

"It's his murder book." Hotch tells us.

"Murder book?" Emily asks him, her eyes wide.

"When he opens it to the first page, it reminds him why he does what he does." Hotch tells us.

"It's a list of all the people he's ever saved. Names, dates, personal details." Spencer says.

"And now Frank has the list." Hotch says when his phone rings and he answers it.

"Agent Hotchner. Okay I'll let them know." Hotch says before hanging up and looks at us.

"Frank released Tracy Belle and she told the police that Dorothea convinced him to let her go by saying that Tracy's not important to Gideon. Obviously she told Tracy that she was and had to lie to Frank." Hotch tells us, causing out eyes to widen in shock.

"I hope that Frank doesn't hurt her too bad." Emily says.

"Me too."
