Emily's POV
"Mommy, where am I?" Dorothea asks, causing me to look up at her and see that she's awake.
"How are you feeling? Frank cut you pretty bad and almost took your rib out."
"Sore, but I rather him hurt me than Tracy. Is she okay and where is Mama?" Dorothea asked me.
"Mama went to get you some food. Tracy is safe with her family and they left you some gifts. Elle feels bad for letting you go alone to get food."
"I wanted to go and prove that I was a big girl. James was going to kill you and Grandpa after killing me. That man Frank killed him." Dorothea explained to me.
"Well he's not going to do that now and I'll inform your grandfather and Elizabeth."
"Love you Mommy." Dorothea says with a smile on her face.
"Love you too little one."
