Elle's POV
"How is she doing?" I asked Erin who looks at me with a smile before taking the coffee from my hands.
"Dorothea's fever is completely gone and her appetite is back. But she's still tired and very clingy so I'm here because she'll cry if I leave for too long. Luckily for me, Nicky's extremely understanding of the situation." Erin tells me as I sit down on the bed beside her and smile down at Dorothea.
"How are you feeling bunny?"
"Better. When are my mommies coming home?" Dorothea replies while sitting up to drink her tea.
"In a couple of hours they will land back in Virginia. Then they are going to grab dinner and come back." Dorothea smiles while hugging me and I hugged her back.
"Good." Dorothea says when Nicky, Jack and Sean enter the room.
"Are you feeling better yet Dorothea? I want to show you my comics." Sean tells Dorothea who starts to respond when Linda cuts her off.
"Sean, she's sick and needs rest! Don't pester her!" Linda says as she enters the room and ushers the kids out of the room.
"Sean is just excited about having a person his age. He's got plenty of time to show you his comics." Linda tells Dorothea with a smile before leaving.
"I'm going to grab your dinner." I tell Dorothea and Erin before leaving the room and enter the kitchen.
"It's on the counter Elle." Linda tells me, indicating to the tray on the counter and I grab it.
"Thanks Linda."
"No problem Elle." Linda says before I bring the food back to Dorothea's room.
"What did my sister get us?" Erin asks as I put the tray in front of her.
"Some soup and grilled cheese for Dorothea. For you it's the chicken Alfredo."
"Yum." Dorothea says before Erin begins to feed her the soup.

Emily's POV
"How is Dorothea?" JJ asks as she walks into Dorothea's room and stands next to me. Dorothea was fast asleep with her thumb in her mouth and clinging to Spot.
"She's better. Erin said that her fever broke earlier today and she's got her appetite back."
"That's good. I told you that she was in good hands." JJ tells me before wrapping an arm around me.
"I knew that she'd be taken care of. The issue I have is with my dead brother who made Dorothea feel that her being sick is a burden to others. If he wasn't dead I would have killed him myself."
"I would help you with that." JJ says before kissing my head.
"Dorothea is going to be eleven next week."
"And she's going to have the best party ever with her family and friends." JJ says with a smile before I kiss her cheek.
