JJ's POV
"This is my desk over here." Cal tells Hotch and I, referring to a very neat looking desk.
"Is this your commander's office?" Hotch asks Cal.
"Yeah. Uh, I'm--I'm going to go talk to him first." Cal says before leaving and I look back at the desk.
"This is the neatest detective's desk I have ever seen."
"You did... You did what? Call you back." Captain Wright yells before coming out to greet us.
"I'm guessing it didn't go too well."
"I'm Captain Wright." Captain Wright greets us.
"Agent Hotchner. This is Agent Jareau. We're with the FBI'S Behavioural Analysis Unit." Hotch tells him.
"Listen, guys, I don't know what Detective McGee here told you..." Captain Wright started to say.
"Yes, you do. I told them that there's a large number of people missing from my area of responsibility." Cal says.
"No. You think there are a large number of people missing. We discussed this last week." Captain Wright tells him.
"He informed you of this before?" Hotch tells Captain Wright.
"Agents, we have run every one of the names from his little books and we couldn't find a single missing report." Captain Wright tells us.
"Tell him what the other agent said about-- About homeless people not going missing like this." Cal tells him.
"May I have a word with you in your office?" Hotch asks him.
"Uh, yeah, sure. Sure. Right this way." Captain Wright says before they leave.
"You should have told us he already knew."
"Would you have come?" Cal asks me.
"Not really." Noticing an envelope on Cal's desk I looked at him.
"Is this the envelope the letter came in?"
"Yeah. They dusted for prints. It's clean." Cal tells me.
"You've only been a cop for four years and you're already a detective."
"Yeah, they, uh... Promoted me to keep me away from the general public. That's why I'm baby-sitting skid row." Cal tells me.
"You must really care about these people."
"It's my job to care about them." Call says.
"Most cops would say it's their job to keep them in line."
"Yeah, well, my father taught me to be a different kind of cop." Cal tells me.
"Was he a detective, too?"
"Yeah, he was a-- he was killed in the line of duty in '85. Captain Wright was his partner... It's the only reason the department keeps me on." Cal says when I notice the postmark on the envelope.
"This postmark. Kansas City, Missouri. We're in Kansas City, Kansas. That means that we can help with the case because it's a federal issue now." Cal smiles and I run into Captain Wright's office.

Dorothea's POV
"Elle, I am going to get some food. I will be back soon and I will have my phone with me." Elle smiled before kissing the top of my head.
"It's fine little dove. Can you grab me a soda?" Elle asks and I nod before going to the convenience store near the park. As I keep walking, I feel someone grabbing my arm and I turn to see that it's James. James pulls me into an alley and begins to grope my private parts with an evil smile on his face.
"After I'm done with you, I'll kill you and then murder your mothers and my father." James says when he's suddenly shot in the head and I looked behind me to see an older man.
"I'm not going to hurt you Dorothea. But I need you to come with me or I'll kill Jason Gideon's girlfriend." The man tells me and I nod before going with him.
"What is your name? You know mine and it is only fair that I know your name."
"Frank and I don't hurt children." Frank tells me before we get into his car.

Emily's POV
"Elle, where's Dorothea?" Elle enters the house with a note in her hand.
"She went to grab food and all of a sudden she went missing. I found this note by your brother's body." Elle says and I was relieved that James was dead, but my daughter was missing.
"I've got your precious daughter and she's safe. I killed your brother for molesting your daughter. If you want to see her again, you'll have Agent Gideon give me back my love Jane Hanratty. Frank Breitkopf." The note reads and my blood runs cold.
"Who's Frank Breitkopf and Jane Hanratty?" Elle asks us.
"Frank is a serial killer and Jane Hanratty is his obsession." JJ explained to Elle.
"I should have gone with her, but Dorothea wanted to go by herself." Elle tells us with tears in her eyes.
"It's not your fault. Dorothea wanted to be independent. She probably went with the man because she thought we'd get hurt if she didn't. We'll find Dorothea and bring her back home."
