On Marshall's count, Rocky and Marshall both bait the brake check and spin both enemy cars out. The vehicles collide and spiral into an uncontrollable slide, slamming into the side of the tunnel that leads into Adventure City.

Marshall: "Take that! Alright, we're heading into the city, so be extra careful, Rocky."

Rocky nods and speeds up toward the convoy as they drive through a short tunnel. Upon exiting, the Adventure City skyline comes into view, with onlookers staring in shock at the chaotic scene unfolding on the roads. The streets narrow, and traffic grows denser, but Orion shows no concern, ruthlessly ramming cars out of his way and injuring multiple civilians.

Chase: "He's hitting innocent people! We have to stop him. All pups, regroup with Marshall and Rocky now!"

Marshall: "It's too dangerous to pull off maneuvers in the city. For now, we might have to just follow them."

Rocky: "I hope they get there soon. Orion's hurting so many people."

Inside the van, Ryder and Carlos sit handcuffed while Orion fumes in the passenger seat.

Orion: "Grr! Why can't we lose those mutts?! Head to the docks—now!"

The van makes a sharp turn, catching Marshall and Rocky off guard. Marshall acts quickly, pulling his parking brake and turning his wheel all the way to the left, causing his car to slide. He expertly controls the slide by turning his wheel back to the right and recovering from the sharp turn. Rocky mirrors the maneuver, handling the turn with precision. The other pups follow suit, maintaining their pursuit of Orion's van.

Marshall: "Jeez, this driver's nuts."

Rocky: "He's driving dangerously. Shouldn't we try to stop him?"

Marshall: "We can't risk it. Ryder and Carlos are still in there. If we try anything aggressive, they could get hurt. I won't let that happen."

Rocky: "So, we just keep following them?"

Marshall: "It's either that or wait for them to stop on their own—preferably without crashing."

Rocky: "Alright, Marshall, but I'm not sure about this."

Marshall: "Trust me. It's the only option we have right now."

The Paw Patrol regroup with Marshall and Rocky.

Skye: "Hi, Marshall! Hehe."

Chase: "What's the plan, Marshall?"

Marshall smiles at Chase and Skye.

Marshall: "We'll follow them until they stop. It's too risky to try anything right now."

Chase grins, impressed by Marshall's leadership.

Chase: "Spoken like a true leader! I love it. Hehe."

Marshall remembers the conversation he and Chase had about who would lead the Paw Patrol next. He's still not entirely ready, but he's getting closer with each step.

The van finally comes to a stop at the docks. Orion and his guards drag Ryder and Carlos into the hangar Skye and Chase had originally discovered. The pups quickly park their cars and rush inside, spotting Orion heading toward a ship with Ryder and Carlos in tow.

Chase: "Stop!"

The pups charge after Orion, catching up just as he boards the ship. He bolts to the control room, locking the door behind him and starting the ship. It begins to move slowly, but the pups leap onboard just in time.

Chase: "We need to get to the control room!"

Guards swarm the pups, but they fight their way through, inching closer to where Orion is. Meanwhile, a storm brews on the horizon, and the ship heads straight into it.

Zuma: "Looks like we might get wet, dudes! That storm's no joke!"

Rocky: "I really don't want to get wet."

Marshall: "You won't, Rocky. Let's go!"

The rain starts pouring as the ship enters the storm, with waves battering its sides. The pups press on, struggling against the wind and water.

Liberty: "Ugh, we never get weather like this in Adventure City. This sucks!"

Suddenly, a powerful wave tips the ship, sending Chase sliding across the deck.

Chase: "Whoaaa!"

Marshall: "Chase!"

Chase teeters on the edge, about to fall off, but Marshall grabs his vest just in time, pulling him back to safety.

Marshall: "Gotcha, Chase."

Chase: "Why do I keep needing to be saved? Hehe."

Marshall: "Guess the student's surpassing the master, huh? Hehe."

Chase chuckles, realizing Marshall is truly stepping into his role as leader.

Chase: "Good work, Marshall. I'm proud of you."

The two share a quick hug before refocusing on the task.

Marshall: "Let's get to the control room."

The pups finally reach the control room door, seeing Orion inside struggling to control the ship against the storm's fury. The waves and wind have taken over, showing no mercy. Chase and Marshall push against the door but can't get it open. Tracker steps forward confidently.

Tracker: "Don't worry, amigos. I've got this. Arf! Multi-tool!"

Using his multi-tool, Tracker picks the lock and swings the door open.

Tracker: "Lo tengo! (I have it!) Let's get Ryder and Carlos back."

They burst into the room, only to find it empty. Orion, Ryder, and Carlos are gone. The pups notice an open door marked "Cargo Hold" and realize their final showdown is waiting below.

Marshall: "Alright, Paw Patrol, no job is too big, no pup is too small! Let's save Ryder!"

The pups charge toward the cargo hold, ready to face Orion and bring their friends home.
