They Grow Up Too Fast (Paw Patrol)

Long Awaited Confrontation

The pups descend into the cargo hold, their hearts pounding as they see Orion's back facing them. Ryder and Carlos are handcuffed to the wall, their faces etched with fear. The sight shocks the team, and they hesitate for a moment. Slowly, Orion turns to face them, his expression cold and menacing.

Orion: "Ah, yes. The Paw Patrol. How was that little treat I gave you, hmm?"

Chase: "We're taking you down, Orion."

Orion: "Orion? Cute name. It does suit me, doesn't it? But you do realize I'll kill you all, right? Just like you killed me."

Marshall: "What? We've never killed anyone!"

Orion: "No, not directly, but indirectly."

Rocky: "What are you talking about?"

Orion: "Did you all conveniently forget about the first time you came to Adventure City back in 2021?"

Chase visibly stiffens, memories flooding back. Orion notices.

Orion: "Ooh, struck a nerve, did I, Chase?"

Chase: "I'm not that scared pup anymore!"

Orion: "You took everything from me. When Humdinger's tower collapsed, it crushed my parents. My loving parents."

The pups gasp in shock.

Orion: "Don't gasp now! You could've saved them, but you didn't stick around, did you? You thought it was over, huh? WELL, IT'S NOT! I AM HERE! I WILL TAKE YOUR LIVES, JUST AS YOU TOOK THEIRS! YOU CALL YOURSELVES HEROES, BUT YOU LET THEM DIE IN MY ARMS! YOU WILL PAY FOR YOUR FAILURE!"

With a roar of rage, Orion pulls out a strange laser gun and fires at Chase, who narrowly dodges the blast. Skye rushes forward to attack, but Orion grabs her and slams her to the ground.

Chase: "SKYE! NO! GRRR! I'LL END YOU!"

Fueled by anger, Chase charges at Orion. The pups, horrified by Chase's uncharacteristic fury, try to assist. Marshall throws a Pup-Fu kick, but Orion catches him and hurls him aside. Everest steps forward.

Everest: "Marshall! You'll pay for that!"

She attacks, but Orion kicks her back. Rubble retaliates with his shovel, knocking Orion off balance.

Rubble: "Take that!"

Orion recovers quickly and fights back, throwing Rubble aside. Rocky manages to strike him in the knee with a hammer, bringing him to the ground.

Rocky: "Your evil ends here!"

Orion dodges Rocky's second strike, grabs him, and throws him across the room.

Chase: "Net!"

Chase fires a net at Orion, trapping him momentarily. He charges forward for a kick, but Orion catches him mid-air.

Orion: "I like your fire, but it's time to snuff it out."

Orion begins choking Chase, who struggles to breathe. Skye and Marshall act quickly, striking Orion simultaneously and forcing him to release Chase. Gasping, Chase looks up at his friends.

Chase: "Ugh... Thanks, guys."

Marshall: "No one's taking my best friend away. Hehe."

The pups realize they can only defeat Orion through teamwork.

Zuma: "Guys, we can do this together!"

Liberty: "Yeah, Paw Patrol is on a roll!"

Orion smirks and summons reinforcements. Goons flood into the cargo hold, surrounding the pups.

Marshall: "Alright, Paw Patrol! Looks like we're fighters now. A lot changes with age, huh?"

The pups form a circle, their determination unshaken.

Chase: "These paws uphold the laws!"

Marshall: "I'm fired up!"

Skye: "This pup's gotta fly!"

Rocky: "Green means go!"

Zuma: "Let's dive in!"

Rubble: "Rubble on the double!"

Liberty: "This pup's on city watch!"

Tracker: "I'm all ears!"

Everest: "Ice or snow, I'm ready to go!"

Parker: "Who dares, wins!"

All: "Paw Patrol is on a roll!"

The pups charge into battle, fighting together with newfound ferocity and skill. Chaos engulfs the room as they overcome the goons, each pup contributing to the team's success. Finally, they face Orion as one. With their combined strength, they overpower him, freeing Ryder and Carlos just as the storm outside worsens. The ship begins to buckle under the relentless waves.

Ryder: "Great work, pups, but we need to get out of here! There's a lifeboat that fits twelve—we're not far from shore, so we can make it back to the docks."

Chase: "Let's move!"

The team races to the deck and finds the lifeboat. Ryder helps everyone aboard before climbing in himself.

Ryder: "Hold on! This might be rough!"

The lifeboat plunges into the water with a splash.

Ryder: "Everyone okay?"

Rocky: "Yeah, but I still hate getting wet."

Ryder: "Don't worry, Rocky. We're almost home."

As the lifeboat drifts toward shore, the ship sinks in the background, taking Orion to his watery grave. Exhausted but victorious, the team looks forward to some much-deserved rest.
