Chabashira: Here I will be presenting you with the catalog and the survival handbook.  Ayanokoji as the leader, take it would you?

I stepped forward and took both.  The school seemed to have discerned who the class leaders were and now the school will act upon it.  I held the survival book in my right hand and looked at it: It's useless to me, but many people on the class would need it if I were busy elsewhere.  The catalog will be arguably one of the most important materials we have.  It gives us access to food, water, clothes, and anything else we might need to survive.  Ike walked up to me and politely asked for the survival book which he took right away, allowing me to flip through the catalog.

Inside was the aforementioned food, water, clothes and the such, but also things like the "Summer Fun Kit" which costed 25 points.  There was also bird food, a more in-depth cooking guide then the one on the survival book that taught basic techniques.  There were also tents, rope, and a toilet.

Sato: Chabashira-Sensei, I was wondering how we were going to go to the bathroom?

Karuizawa: Ohhh yeah, good question Maya!

Chabashira: Well you will go to the bathroom using...this.

She reached into a bag she and then removed a cardboard box with a flourish.  She held it out while moving it, showing it off like it was a circus animal that was going to do an acrobatic performance.

Shinohoe: Haha, funny joke Chabashira-Sensei, now where's the actual toilet?

Chabashira: You're looking at it Shinohara.

Ike: Toilets are toilets, what's the problem with just using this one?

Ike stepped forward and took the toilet.  He observed it before shrugging and tossing it at Shinohara, who let it fall to the ground without even attempting to catch it.  She wrinkled her nose in disgust and glared at him.

Chabashira: Now, now, as much as I would love to see the cat fight between you all, I still have ti give you your watches.

She removed a large duralumin case from the duffel bag, and then placed it on the ground before opening it up.  Inside were 40 pairs of wristwatches all laying on a black material that looked to be a cloth.  She began calling our names out.

Chabashira: Hirata!

He stepped forward.  She picked up one of the watches and slid it onto his wrist.  A few seconds later, it lit up.

Hirata's name was displayed at the top of a small interface, including his heart rate, body temperature, and the points our class currently possesses: 200.

Chabashira-Sensei began calling out more names and kept giving students their watches until there were none left.  She smirked.

Chabashira: It's time to lead you to your plot of land.  With your watches, you can claim plots of land by tapping the screen of your watch to a pad that will be in the plot.  It is your job to find the pad, so if you don't find it, too bad, so sad.

We stepped onto a particularly soft piece of land when she stopped and pointed to what seemed to be an iPad screen in the center of a tree trunk.  It was fully functional, with its own interface.

Stepping in for a closer look, I noticed that it said at the top: Claimed by Class B, followed by our point total 200.  It also displayed a timer for 12 hours, but it seemed frozen.

Chabashira: A nifty feature of every plot of land is that you need to routinely reclaim it before this timer ends.  The time will start once Class D reaches their plot of land.
