"That is all," said Chabashira-Sensei firmly, "review the material accordingly."

She strode out of the classroom, leaving us all to our devices. With no special exam or big test on the horizon, everyone left the class quickly.

Relaxation is nice after several difficult exams sent our way over the past few months. They tested our physical ability, social ability, and mental abilities, but we've triumphed over them all.

In front of me, Sato leaned on my desk, "Ayanokouji-Kun, do you wanna go hang out?"

"Sorry, Sato, but I'm feeling rather tired," I lied, packing up my bag, "Perhaps another day?"

"Awhhh, are you sure?"

"Yeah."

"Stop trying to gaslight me Sato."

"Fine, but," she breathed in before blurting out, "am I bothering you?"

"Bothering me? Of course not, why would you think that?" I said, trying to calm her down.

"It's just because I'm always asking you to do things, you know? You can be honest with me, am I annoying you?"

I shook my head and smiled, "Not at all, Sato. Meeting with you is always fun, it makes me happy. How about we hang out after school tomorrow?"

"Really, that'd be great!" she said, brightening up immediately and smiling.

"I'll see you tomorrow, OK?"

She nodded, "Sure, looking forward to it!"

Walking away from her, I internally sighed. My reason for rejecting her advances was stranger than I thought they would be.

See, I've observed a common trait shared between the majority of teenage boys and girls: Jealousy. It manifested in several ways, whether it be slander, glares, or a bold display.

Most of my fangirls exhibit these traits, but a new girl in class has started to also show signs of that trait.

Kushida Kikyo. She was sending daggers at Sato when she approached me. It's probably related to what I said to her a few days ago about what we had being destroyed.

Sato is a nerfed version of Kikyo. Yet, being both an owner of a large social network and charm, Sato could prove incredibly useful, "replacing" Kikyo.

That's probably how Kikyo saw it. Sato could replace some aspects of Kikyo, but she isn't nearly as good.

Still, the threat of a new girl replacing her position could make her jealous I suppose.

Leaving the classroom, I noticed a figure leaning on the wall beside the classroom door.

There was some sort of aura radiating from her, one that caused me to speed up. Unfortunately, she said, "Ayanokouji-Kun, I would like to speak with you."

"Sure, what is it?" I asked politely. My body was screaming for me to walk away from the situation, but the responsible individual inside of me demanded I stay to preserve my reputation as an honors student.

The two wolves inside of me.

"Come with me, you have a visitor," she said, walking down the hall.

"A visitor?" I asked in an attempt to probe her for information.

"I think you should find out yourself," she said with an evil smirk, "I think you'll find it quite boring if I tell you ahead of time."
