Luke's P.O.V

"Rosie...come on we need to talk okay! Just answer your phone. Call me back! SOMETHING." I yelled desperately into my phone as I clicked end call on my 54th message. Okay maybe it was really only 7 but still 7 is a lot of messages.

Rosie's P.O.V

Okay, if he calls again I'll answer. Promise me that you will okay Rosie.

Okay just lift the phone up off the table and hit answer. You can do this.

"Hi..." I said getting cut off by Luke violently spilling out words a mile a minute.

"Look I'm so so so so so so so sorry Rosie I should've never gotten mad and left like that that was so rude of me can you forgive me long enough to allow us to at least talk get things sorted out set bounderies now where we stand man Rosie I'm just so sorry." He finished finally running out of breathe.

I take a deep breathe myself. I mean Cal did say Luke and I should talk. We need to. When it all comes down to it he's my best friend. I need him in my life more than anyone. Well except maybe Sara. Shit, that's another conversation I need to have.

"Yeah...meet me at the train station, we can take it together downtown and go for dinner. Meet you there in 20 minutes" I said hanging up the call and tossing my phone into my bag, grabbing it and running out down the drive way to the side walk.

Rosie's P.O.V

"Luke what the hell man you're late! It's been 30 minutes. If you aren't here in 5 I'm leaving." I said before ending the call.

It's starting to get cold out. The sky is turning purple as day transitions into night. The street lights flicker on, the one above my head continues to flicker. On and off, on and off. Finally coming to an end, off. I got surrounded in darkness. I turn around to look down the road for Luke's car. Nothing. Except a dark shadow. Luke.

"Luke where the hell were you!! Why are you so damn late!" I said looking into my bag to grab my sweater out.

Just as I turn my head he grabs me by the waist.

"Say anything and I'll hurt you. Got it." He said, his voice deeper than usual.

"Oh Luke, I've missed this. But I'm with Calum now. We can't be doing this." I giggle.

I turn my head to look up at Luke. It wasn't him. It was a man, around the age of 40 holding a knife to my neck. Grabbing me tighter he pulled me into the dark and into the back of his van.

Why did Luke have to be late.
