Sara's P.O.V

"Rosie!" I exclaimed as soon as I spotted Rosie and Calum walking into the coffee shop hand in hand.

"Sara!" Rosie yelled as she pulled her hand out of Calum's and ran to me with her arms wide open, taking me into her arms.

"I missed you! Please, never leave me!" Rosie cried as she continued to hug me.

"I can't breathe Rosie." I stuttered as Rosie squeezed me into her arms tightly to the point where I felt like my lungs would collapse.

"I'm sorry." Rose whispered timidly as she released me from her asphyxiating hug.

"I'm sorry Rosie, I know I acted harshly but you hurt my feelings to be completely honest and well, I needed some time away and so did Luke-"I explained and as soon as I mentioned Luke's name, Rosie's grey eyes grew big and I noticed them begin to sparkle whilst her rosy cheeks instantly turned into a hot shade of red.

"Where is Luke?" Rosie snapped, interrupting me from my apology.

"He is in the bathroom-"I started when once again, Rosie interrupted me by rushing off away, leaving Calum and I standing there alone in an extremely awkward environment.

Rosie's P.O.V

As soon as Sara told me that Luke was in the bathroom I immediately ran to the cashier and asked her to point me to the direction of the men's bathroom.

"Luke!" I yelled as I stormed into the men's bathroom to find Luke standing at the sink whilst looking in the mirror as he was running his fingers through his big blonde quiff.

"Rosie." Luke whispered and turned around to face me.

I couldn't help but stare. He was wearing a sleeveless black shirt with the words YOU COMPLETE ME written all over it along with his favorite pair of black skinny jeans and for shoes, he was wearing his black Van's and on his wrist; I noticed his favorite black Nirvana wristband.

"I was looking all over for you!" I exclaimed and wrapped my arms around Luke's waist, however, he didn't exactly respond the way I expected him to.

He didn't hug me back the way he usually does, he simply hugged me but it wasn't the type of hug where I could nuzzle my chin on his shoulder and take in his comforting scent. It was a simple friendly hug. Short and casual...it lasted no longer than two seconds whereas usually, our hugs would definitely last for more than five seconds.

"Luke, is everything ok?" I whispered nervously as I focused my eyes on the black tiled floor.

"No Rosie, everything is not fine!" Luke blurted furiously as the veins on his arms started to pop out.

"What's wrong Lukey?" I asked and reached out for his hand but instead, he bitterly swatted my hand away.

"I'm done Rosie." Luke sighed and stormed out of the bathroom, slamming the door shut as he left, leaving me all alone in the men's toilets.

Sara's P.O.V

"Luke!" Rosie yelled as I looked over to find Luke bolting out of the men's toilets, fury drawn all over his face.

"Luke?" I exclaimed as I grabbed Luke's hand once he attempted to walk past me.

"Not now Sara." Luke sighed and pulled his hand out of mine.

"Luke wait!" Calum snapped and violently snatched Luke's hand, preventing him from escaping.

"Sara!" Rosie ran over to me, tears filling her eyes.

"Luke hates me!" Rosie cried as hot tears streamed down her eyes, causing her eyeliner to smudge.

"Ahem." Luke coughed harshly.

"Shit." Rosie cursed under her breath as she had not realized that Luke was standing there all along.

"You two need to talk it out." I exclaimed and grabbed Luke's and Rosie's hand.

"Now!" I spat and released them from my capture.

"Fine." Luke sighed and grabbed Rosie's hand and dragged her out of the coffee shop for some privacy.

"What's going on between them?" Calum furrowed his eyebrows and focused his hazel puppy dog eyes on mine.

"Honestly, I have no idea." I lied.

Rosie's P.O.V

"Let's talk!" Luke snapped and pulled his hand away from mine.

"I'm listening." I arched my eyebrow and placed my hand on my hip.

"Rosie, this isn't easy to say." Luke sighed uneasily.

"Luke, whatever it is, we'll get through it." I forced a reassuring smile.

"I-I" Luke stuttered.

"I don't know where to start." Luke frowned.

"Start from the beginning." I smiled as I reached for his hand, our fingers intertwining.

"When you broke up with Alex, you kept saying that your heart hurts because you'd never get over him getting over you." Luke sighed and paused for a moment, thinking about what he would say next.

"And you would end up crying and I would end up lying because I'm just a sucker for anything that you do." Luke whispered timidly.

"Lie about what?" I gulped nervously as I could feel a huge lump form in the middle of my throat.

"Rosie, I kept biting my tongue but all I wanted to do was scream out that you could be with me. However, I would tell you what you wanted to hear because you weren't ready and you aren't ready now and do you know how frustrating that is? Alex treated you so bad and I was and I am so good to you, it's just not fair. And now, you're with Calum ... and I know that he says that he loves you but it's all an act, he can never love you like I love you Rosie. Just saying ..." Luke blurted and bit his lip, nervous for my reaction.

Without warning, Luke suddenly crashed his lips onto mine, like the waves crashing onto the shore. It felt so right. He then placed his hands on my waist, pulling my body closer to his, our lips not parting once. Butterflies eroded my stomach, their wings fluttering in frenzy as I could feel my heart begin to race. For the first time, I wasn't thinking about how I was kissing, instead, I focused on the sensation and it felt so right! His lips a perfect match for mine.

"This isn't right..." I cried as I pulled away from the kiss.

It was official. My heart had stopped beating and I could feel chills travelling throughout my entire body. I felt my body weaken, my mind unable to comprehend what had just happened whilst my voice was unable to make a sound.

"Rosie?" Luke nudged my shoulder as his blue eyes were watering.

"Uh..." I stuttered anxiously as I had lump in my throat, preventing me from uttering any words as my eyes were constantly frozen on his.

"I found a picture of us on my phone today. I was scrolling through my photo gallery just for fun and I came across this picture of you and me and as I was looking at that photo I felt my eyes fill with tears when suddenly, a few of them splashed onto the screen of my phone, like clouds drop raindrops in the summer storm and my heart... it felt like a massive thunderstorm was brewing within me because my heart was pounding so fast that I thought it would explode in my chest. But Luke, I'm with Calum now and I am not one of those girls, I can't be the one to break his heart. I love him, I really do." I whispered unsurely and looked up to find Luke's cute little dimples absent as he was nowhere close to smiling.

"I-I I got to go and please, don't look for me." Luke replied and turned away, leaving me to stand all alone outside of the café.

"Rosie?" Calum exclaimed as he ran out of the café towards me with Sara.

"Are you okay?" Sara whispered as she laid the palm of her hand onto my shoulder.

"I'm fine." I whispered as a single tear rolled down my eye.

"Are you sure baby?" Calum continued.

"I said I'm fine." I lied and wiped away my tear with the back of my hand.
