I head cannon that Cole actually secretly loves to sing and dance.
He just doesn't like dancing and singing in public.
In Prime Empire he was shown giving tips to Jay and Nya on dancing giving more proof to this head cannon. He also didn't seem to mind karaoke as long as it was just for fun.
I head cannon that Cole is always humming, singing, or dancing while he cleans and only stops when the ninja catch him. He can be caught singing in the shower.
He is an amazing singer and dancer and the ninja try to tell him this but he never listens.
