I head cannon that in order to pay for her crimes Harumi was put in Kryptarium.

Harumi does not try to escape because she knows that this is the only way that anyone will ever trust her again.

Lloyd visits Harumi constantly and Kai calls Lloyd's visits dates. Lloyd's visits are kinda like dates except that Harumi gets no choice in the matter. She doesn't mind though and is slowly developing feelings for Lloyd also.

Kai makes fun of Lloyd for visiting Harumi constantly. Each time Lloyd lies saying "It's just to make sure she hasn't escaped." The truth is he just wants to see her again and still can't believe that she's back.
