Chapter VI | Finally, Freedom!

Somewhere in the depths of Tartarus, a Goddess is imprisoned. The Goddess was sent there to suffer for being the cause of the Trojan War.

For millions of years, the Goddess just hibernated and used the energy from Tartarus to strengthen herself without the Olympians knowing. With revenge plotted before she was sent to the depths of Tartarus, a rebellion was born. A rebellion whose plan is to kill Atlas and awaken Uranus to dethrone the Olympians.

Barely surviving the terrors of Tartarus, 2 rebel Gods were sent to help Eris- the Goddess of discord and strife, to escape from the hot, dark, and tormenting dungeon of Tartarus.

"Although the journey was difficult, it was worthwhile! Lady Eris, who will enable us to rule all the realms, will finally be freed!" Said Moros- the God of impending doom.

Moros looked at Eris as she slept, then grinned broadly as if he had won the lottery.

"It's time to wake her up," Nyx- the personification of night uttered. She then raised her hand and a black smoke went to Eris.

The smoke gradually entered Eris' body. When it was all absorbed, Eris's chained and hanged hands moved slowly. The two Gods who were waiting for her to wake up looked at each other when Eris moved.

Eris's eyes slowly opened. Her eyes were black and full of anger. She looked in front of her and saw the 2 Gods who risked themselves just to save her. Eris took a deep breath and then suddenly removed her hand from the chain with an extremely strong force.

She approached the two Gods and said... "I'm now free. Now they will know the true power of discord... I'll be their doom!"

Rilee's POV

Habang nasa library ako at ginagawa ko ang financial statement ng business plan ko, my phone suddenly rang. Agad kong sinagot ito nang makita kung sino ang tumatawag...

"Hello, Aliyah."

"Ri-Rilee? Pwede mo ba ko sunduin di-dito sa ma-may Century City sa Makati? Di-di kasi suma-sumasagot si- si Gabbie." She said while crying.

I was instantly worried nang marinig kong humi-hikbi si Aliyah. Malamang niloko nanaman to ng lalake niya.

"What happened?" I asked.

"Pe-pwede ba mama-mamaya ko na ik-ikwento? Su-sunduin niyo mu-muna ko ni Ga-Gabbie." She cried.

"Nasa class si Gabbie. Ako na lang susundo sayo dala ko naman sasakyan ko." Pagsi-sinungaling ko dahil si Gabbie ay nasa isang mission with Jake.

Nag-ligpit agad ako ng gamit at nagmadaling pumunta sa parking lot. Tinext ko muna si Klev to inform him na wag na niya kong daanan sa library dahil susunduin ko si Aliyah.

Nang makarating ako sa Century mall agad kong pinuntahan ang kinaroroonan ni Aliyah. Nakita ko siyang umiiyak sa isang cafè, pinuntahan ko siya at umupo ako sa tabi niya.

"Ano nangyari girl?" I asked.

"Wa-wala na. Ni-niloko na-naman ako n-ni Ge-Gerald." Aliyah cried.

"Ha? Eh nung nakaraan lang diba okay pa kayo?"

"Ye-yes. A-akala ko siya na Rilee eh. Pe-pero kanina ha-habang na-namimili ako, na-nakita ko si-siya ma-may kasamang babae. Na-nakaakbay siya. Ma-masaya sila. He e-even kissed the girl sa-sa lips." She vented.
