As we entered the club, I take in my surroundings. The lighting is dimmed with purple and orange hues, creating an inviting ambience that's both thrilling and comforting. The music is so loud that it vibrates against my skin and courses through my veins and nervous system. The place is packed with people, causing heat that contrasts against the cool AC ventilating throughout the building.

The girls and I headed to the bar to order some drinks when I spotted a familiar face and froze in my place.

"M-Master Obi-Wan?" I stuttered. I guess I shouldn't be too shocked. There is no rule that prohibits Jedi from going to the bar, and after all, I'm here too.

"Y/N!" Obi-Wan exclaimed, sounding surprised by my presence

"Y/N!" Obi-Wan exclaimed, sounding surprised by my presence. "I would have never expected to see you here."

"I could say the same about you." I replied. Obi-Wan was very dedicated to the order. He always followed it's values and morals, and provided an example of what a Jedi's demeanour should look like. He had such a calm presence, and it seemed as if he never let his emotions get to him. I wondered what had brought him to the bar. Maybe he needed an occasional drink having Skywalker as his padawan. It must be difficult to be his Master... considering Anakin is an impulsive, emotion-driven—

"Y/N, are you alright?" Obi-Wan pulled me out of my thought. I hadn't realized it, but his drink on the counter had begun to shake.

Damnit, Skywalker. I cursed to myself. Thinking about him always brought out the worst in me.

"Sorry, Master." I apologized.

"It's alright." Obi-Wan said with concern lacing his features as he stared at the glass that had now stopped shaking. "So what brings you here tonight?" He inquired, changing the topic much to my relief.

"Master Ti actually. She told me I needed to let loose a little." I chuckled shyly with an embarrassed blush. I must look so lame having to have my Master remind me to have fun.

The Jedi Master grinned before his expression fell slightly into one of grief. "I wish I could tell my Padawan that." He let out a sigh, looking off into the distance. "but you know Anakin."
