26. ʀsᴠᴘ ʏᴏᴜʀ ᴡᴀʏ ɪɴᴛᴏ ᴍʏ ʜᴇᴀʀᴛ

You wish your weren't having a "she's all that moment" in your lovely outfit, and the sort of slow mo walking down the stairs. All the people you wish you didn't know and more.

Fundy, and foolish, puffy and Sam, Niki and eret, who you like but don't trust anymore, if at all. The main eggpire members, punz, and Hannah, ant and ponk(who were behind you) and the main man himself, was there. The ringmaster. To be named.

You slowly walked down.

"[N]- SpiderKid." Sam smiles fondly. You ignored him and started walking over to Niki when puffy stopped you, "it's great to see you-"

"Puffy! Don't you look great!" Ant pulls her away.

The crowd starts talking again but now it's whispers, mostly about you.

"Hey guys! Come join me on the dance floor!" Ant distracts the masses, you start talking to Niki and eret.

"So you're.." Niki starts. "Wow." Eret whispered, still wearing her fabulous sunglasses.

"Yeah.. and you're.."

"Yeah.." they both nod their heads. "It's complicated."

"Pfft. I get it." You agree. "So are you uhm... villains by any means?"

"Uh.." Niki freezes, "I prefer the term antihero." Eret nods.

"That's fair. Uhm I should probably greet the others, who's in charge of this whole shabang?"

"Ah, you mean bad. Badboyhalo, or the ringmaster. He's uhm.. not mentally stable- well then again he is throwing this party so- either way most of the time he's nice. Just be careful." Niki rencounters.

"Thanks guys." You smile and walk away.

You walk onto the dance floor, where most have gathered, foolish pulls you aside.

"I'm so happy to see you! I'm so glad your safe, especially after you went missing!" He pulls you into a hug. You try to shove him off and the atmosphere in the room thickens.

"Foolish. Let go."

"Right sorry!" He lets you go.

"If you're thinking about kidnapping me again, completely fuck off." You back away.

"What? No- i-" "you're scaring them." Fundy snarls. "Hi [Name]! Great to see you! You look adorable today! Can I have a hug?"

"Fuck off."

Fundys face drops, "seriously? XDamnit. After everything?"

"What the fuck." You look at him weirdly, when has he ever had a backbone?

"I'm not in quackity work mode. And clearly being nice doesn't work with you-"

"Hey! Fundy! Wow it's great to see you!" One random party go-er says and diverts his attention. You speed away.

You walk over to the demon in charge, "uhm.. are you badboyhalo?" You ask him.

"Yes! Hi! I'm so glad you could make it!" He smiles. He seems really nice, the whole eggpire does.

"I'm sorry if this comes off as rude but, why was I invited? I didn't really know any of you and from what I've overheard this party is to create peace? Let the 'past' be behind everyone."

"Mm. Yes. Most people here have had issues with the eggpire or vice versa but we are putting that in the past! And you are new York's newest, and only, hero! So I wanted to make sure we would be in good terms." He smiles.

"So wait- this isn't a cult?" You mentally slap yourself. "Oh my XD that was so rude, I'm so so sorry."

He smiles, "Ah no worries! No this isn't a cult, more so a religion. We worship our own God, and people have issues with that. You know what, after dinner we'll talk some more and I'll explain it."

"Yeah." You smile. "That sounds nice, yeah."

He nods, "You look nice! That suit, wow!" He smiles.

"Oh thank you! You look nice aswell!" You smile.

Bad smiles and walks off to talk with ant and ponk. You stand awkwardly watching everyone dance, until a while later, bad calls out.

It's dinner time.
