You Mean The World To Me

Chapter 25: Mischief

   Alex continues his conversation with Jean, "Let's talk about something else."

"Hmm."

"Did ya miss me while I was gone?" He lays back on the bed.

Jean props himself up on one elbow, "Yeah I did."

"I knew it."

"We both really missed you."

He sighs contently, "Well, we have exy tomorrow. You get to be with me all day!"

"Great." He rolls his eyes.

"Shut up, you love it."

"Maybe."

"Come here." He reaches out and pulls Jean in, placing a soft kiss on his lips.

The next night, after coming home, Jean lays down on Jeremy's bed.

"Hey." They face each other on their sides.

"Hi Jean."

"I wanted to talk to you about something."

"What is it? Everything okay?"

"Yeah. It's about my past, back at the raven nest."

Jeremy perks up, wanting to hear Jean open up about his time as a raven. "I'm listening."

"I'm going to tell Alex this too. I just thought you guys should know."

"Yeah? He doesn't know?"

"No. This was before he was at the nest. This is something about Kevin."

"Got it." Jeremy looks into his eyes while intently listening.

"Back when we were on good terms, we were close. We really, really were." He nods to himself and looks around. "When we were roommates we would share a bed sometimes. Nothing crazy. Now, once him and Riko were roommates it was different. Whenever he was away, Kevin would always come to my room. This was before Alex was my roommate. And during those nights, him and I got handsy."

Jeremy's mouth drops open and he whispers, "Oh my God."

"I know."

"How handsy?"

Jean demonstrates. He gently runs his hands down Jeremy's chest to his waist. Jeremy watches his movements with curious eyes.

"We only stayed," Jean's hand rests on his hip now, "Here."

"Yeah?" A chill runs down his spine.

Jean's pointer finger traces circles on his hip. "Yeah. It actually meant a lot to us, we were both starved for touch."

"And why didn't you go any further?"

"Ah, I'd say we both didn't know what we wanted at the time."

"Wait," He grabs Jean's hand. "Is it bad that you're telling me?"

"No... it's fine. I doubt that he would mind."

"Ok. I trust you Jean."

Jean's lips curve up after hearing his words. He now slowly rubs his hands on Jeremy's waist.

"Did you want to go further?" He puts Jean's hands under his shirt.

"Uh. It does not matter."

"What?" His eyes dart over Jean's face, trying to make eye contact.

"If we did go further, it would've messed up our friendship."

"Really?"

"Yes. That's Kevin for you."
