The days flew by and the two enjoyed their togetherness. Suga was just different when he was alone with her and away from all the obligations. She loved his gentle side, which he often hid in everyday life. He was relaxed and just himself. Unfortunately, after 6 days, this togetherness was suddenly interrupted by a phone call. Since she was outside, she couldn't hear what was going on. But when she stepped back into the hut, Suga's serious face worried her. "What's going on?" she asked worriedly. "We have to leave here and go back immediately. Pack your things, the luggage will be picked up later. We'll leave in 20 minutes," he answered, slightly nervous. "What happened?" she asked. "My father." he replied briefly and hurried out. An hour and a half later they drove up to the residence where they were already expected. Everyone had serious faces. She saw Suga speak briefly with Mr. Park and Mr. Lee and the three of them disappeared into the house without paying her any further attention. She took off her helmet and followed the men into the entrance hall. There was a depressed mood there too. She stopped in the entrance hall and spoke to one of the security guards. "Can you tell me what's going on here?" He didn't make a face and continued straight ahead. She looked into the hallway that she already knew before. When she turned around again, she saw Jimin also entering the entrance hall. "You here too ?" she asked in surprise, "Then maybe you can tell me what happened?" Jimin made an unusually serious face for him. He took her aside and spoke quietly: "The master had a severe heart attack and apparently had to be resuscitated. There is an emergency meeting. And what will be demanded there will not be to Suga's liking." She looked at Jimin with a slightly horrified expression. "Well, that's just how it is with us in the Bangtan Dragon family. The son always follows the father." Jimin stated with a sigh. "You too?" She looked at Jimin in surprise. He nodded, slightly frustrated. "Poor Suga," she murmured. They both waited together in the entrance hall for the crisis meeting to end. Suddenly a man she didn't know came up to her. "Miss Choi?" She looked irritated. "Yes?" "Please follow me," the man replied. Hee-Jin looked at Jimin questioningly, who shrugged his shoulders. She followed the man and heard Jimin being asked to go see his father in his office. The man led them through a labyrinth of hallways and finally stopped in front of a door and knocked. After a muffled yes, the man opened the door and invited her to come in. She entered a room that was comparable to a conference room. In the middle there was a large, long table with a row of armchairs on either side. At the head there was a large armchair, comparable to the "throne" in the reception hall. Suga stood at the window, with his back to her. "Suga!" He turned around and his scowl briefly brightened when he saw Hee-Jin. She walked up to him and took him in her arms. "I'm so sorry." He freed himself from her embrace and made that serious, withdrawn face again. "So you know..." She nodded. "Jimin told me." Suga nodded. "How is your father?" "Not good." "And where is he now?" "He's in the intensive care unit at Kangbuk Hospital." "They have good cardiology there, so he's in good hands. I know the heart specialist." Suga sighed. "You do not understand it. He can't stay there, it's too risky. There are enough gangs and clans just waiting to cut off the dragon's head." "Would the dragon really be headless then, Suga?" she looked at him questioningly. He grimaced slightly in pain. She sensed his inner conflict. "I'm just not ready yet. I don't want all the responsibility... ...not yet." He looked at her slightly distressed. "I was hoping I had more time." He went to her and hid his face in her shoulder. She took him in her arms and whispered to him: "We can do it! Together, because you are not alone. You don't have to bear responsibility alone. I'm with you." They stood there for a while until there was a knock on the door. They separated and Suga answered "Yes?" The door opened and Mr. Park and Jimin entered. "Forgive me, but I need to discuss some things with Miss Choi so that we can have the master moved back here as quickly as possible. " She looked at Suga. He nodded: "Go quietly. I'll get back to you later." As she left, she looked pleadingly at Jimin and he nodded reassuringly.
She followed Mr. Park into his office, which was larger than her living room. "Please take a seat." He pointed to the visitor's chair in front of his desk. With a serious expression he continued: "You have certainly been informed by now that the Master is in the intensive care unit of Kangbuk Hospital after a severe heart attack. But we want to get him back to our premises as quickly as possible. To do this, one of the guest rooms must be converted into a hospital room with intensive care equipment and as quickly as possible. Every day that the master is in the hospital for longer increases the risk of a murder attempt. In this condition the master is an easy target." Mr. Park looked at her intently. She nodded. "I understand. I will take care of it immediately and contact the cardiologists at the hospital." "We would be very grateful to you for that and that is exactly why you were ultimately accepted into Clan." "One more question: Who will take care of the treatment if the master has been moved here?" "You, Miss Choi." "Um, wait a minute, I'm not a cardiologist or even a qualified doctor," she protested violently. "The master distrusts everyone outside the clan. You are the family member with the best medical knowledge. You will take responsibility here. You can always seek specialist opinions and expertise and make use of the knowledge of specialists, but only you will treat the master, Miss Choi. No stranger will come near the master here. Do you understand me, Miss Choi?" "Yes, I do." "You will have a room set up here, which you will live in for the time during the intensive treatment in order to be available as quickly as possible." She sighed because that meant she wouldn't be seeing much of Suga and the boys any time soon. But in keeping with her Hippocratic oath, she resigned herself to her fate. She was provided with a computer and telephone as well as further support from an assistant. She managed to obtain all the necessary equipment needed within just two days and convert the guest room into an intensive care room. On the third day, the master was picked up from the hospital and taken to the sick room. She supervised the transport and made sure that the master was well looked after. His health had improved somewhat, but was not yet stable. Hee-Jin was able to get Ra-on to help her with the care and so they were able to alternate shifts.
