It was a sunny day in Touissant. Even if most days in Touissant were sunny with the sun that made it look like a land straight out of a fairytale, there was still something special about today's day. The air was alive with the hum of excitement, banners fluttering in the gentle breeze, and the scent of wine drifting faintly from the nearby estates as excitement was evident in everyone today.

There was a simple reason for all of this. Today was the day of the yearly knight tournament. It was the day that always left everyone in Touissant excited as they gathered gathered from every bit of Touissant to witness the chivarly of all the knights who came from all over the world to participate in this tournament to prove themselves to be worthy of their title and prove their skill, courage, and honor before the Duchess herself.

X and Z were one of them. The two of them had spent a lot of time over the course of the last several weeks in their world, barely taking a break from it to visit the watchers HQ to prepare themselves the best they could once they were given permission to participate in this tournament by the Duchess herself. The two prepared themselves the best they could during that time and the two hoped that would be more than enough to claim victory for themselves today.

The two female watchers got down from their horses, placing themselves on the ground and pushed themselves into walk towards one of the  tents on the tournament's grounds. They had to visit this tent before the official start of the tournament because this tent was an inscription tent where they would be officially checked in into the tournament and checked if they're legit by whoever was tasked to do it.

The two women exchanged glances with each other once the inscription tent showed up in their view and smiled at each other, knowing this was seconds away and only a few minutes separated them from entering the tournament for real. Even if both of them had different thoughts going through their minds right now, their feelings were the same as they felt both excited about this day having finally arrived and nervous because they wanted to perform well today.

They reached the tent a few seconds later and entered it where they were immediately greeted by the view of a kind looking eldery man sitting by the table. They allowed themselves to look around the tent a second later, wanting to get to know their surroundings better and saw the stuff you'd expect from a place like this as the place was mostly filled with paper related to the paperwork of this event.

"Hello." X greeted the eldery man upon walking into the tent as the man looked away from his papers and looked up at X and Z.

Z stopped in front of his table and looked down at him, "We want to get checked in into the tournament."

The eldery man smiled at them, "Naturally. We must see formalities, however. I was informed by the organizers we'll have two women participating in the tournament today so I assume you two are right people for it."

Z nodded in confirmation, "Yup. That's us."

"Alright. Let's get on with this, then. Upon being told about you, I have looked into your personal history in it's heraldic aspects." The eldery man replied as he looked looked down at the files on his table and slowly started browsing through them, looking for the information about X and Z.

"Really? What did you come up with?" X asked in a curious tone. She and Z both came up with bios for themselves in this world in order to make themselves fit in this world more  and to make them look like they are just two normal women from this world. Their friends helped them out with this as well once they learned what they really are, leaving it more believable to the rest of this world.

The eldery man adjusted his glasses and looked down at X's file, "Let's see. Selina of Skellige. Was born on Skellige where she was quickly discovered to have extraordinary skills in the arts of swordsmanship. Upon reaching the adulthood, she left her homelands to see the rest of the world where she slowly made a name of herself and was eventually knighted by the Queen Adda the White of Temeria last year after years of hard work, fulfilling her longtime dream of becoming a knight."
