Epilogue 4: Travels Part 1

3rd pov

When Cross woke up he was met with the site of being surrounded by 3 random people.

Cross wasn't exactly expecting to wake up to seeing this so he did the only thing anyone else would do ... he panicked

Cross: "Whoah!!"

The three people weren't expecting this reaction to they tried to calm him down

???: "Oh gosh were sorry we didn't mean to scare you" a female human said

Cross just sighed and calmed down

Cross: " It's ok I just wasn't expecting to wake up to see you all looming over me"

The three just giggled and apoligized for scaring him

???: " Sorry It's just that we were checking up on you to see if you were doing fine cause after you saved everyone from the Slave traders you fell uncouncios because of mana exhaustion and you got a few minor internal injuries that we found when we got her to your home"

He looked at the elven lady who seemed to be the head docter. And when Cross heard that he sustained internal injuries he looked down to see his chest and arms wraped up in bandages.

Cross: *Damn looks like my bodys still can't get used to pulling those moves still* he tought in shame because after all that training it seemed that he still wasn't ready to start using complex moves yet

Cross just sighed and got out of the bed he was in and asked them where everyone else was

Cross: " Hey where is everyone else their was others with you guys right?

the only guy in the group of the three nodded his head and told him where they are

Male: " oh yes The others are in the main living quarters trying to come up with a plan on how to get back home but I'm pretty sure all of the humans that knew how to get back to where they live aleady left, we tried to tell them it wasn't safe but they went anyway's." he said with a sigh

Cross: " oh ok thanks for telling me ... wait how long have I been asleep for by the way "

The just said that he's been asleep for 1 day and Cross just thanked them again and left to go find the other people he freed.

Cross kept walking until he reached tha main livng room. and when he walked in he found that most of the people were sitting at a table that he made.

When one of them noticed him he alerted the others which made them get up and walk over to cross and kneel while thanking him.

ALL elves: "We thank you for your brave actions of saving"

ALL dwarfs: "Thanks for helping us out"

ALL humans: " Thank you for freeing us"

Cross was surprised by them thanking him and just smiled at them

Cross: " No problem I just did what I thought was right but anyway besides that where are the others that were with you?" he asked yet already knowing that answer

One of the elves stepped up a told him what happened and where they were

Elf: "They left the day after you saved us because in Their words they knew where their homes were and were going back to their loved ones but all of the humans here have nowhere to go so their staying with us for now. oh and they also said that they would keep your living space a secret "

Cross just nodded not really caring about the people that left because He trusts if they knew where they needed to go and if they kept his home a secret.
