it's been 3 weeks since the Silver Claw siblings left their continent and everything that has happened so far was them safely and secretly getting to Dicathen and putting away the ship Daewi just used one of his ring tattoos which surprised them but they traveled from the coast of the beast glades to the city of Black bend where Ceaya, Argin, and Keiser got their adventurers licenses which were B-Ranked and after that, they left towards Xyrus.
Daewi pov
As me, Zenith, Ceaya, Keiser, and Argin stepped out of the portal to Xyrus we all helped our breathes trying not to throw up
'Man I always hated these damn portal gates' I complained before standing up straight and walking forward with everyone following behind me
"Hey, Daewi so where are we going to stay because the tournament isn't until 1 week from now?" Keiser asked me from behind as I explained
"Well at first I thought of us just staying in an Inn somewhere but I remembered that I now have friends in high places, who found me a good place to buy," I said making our group go quit before Argin started to bust out laughing making some people look at us
"HAHAHA I get it, it's terrible but I get it!" he said as I just rolled my eyes at the terrible joke that I made and their reaction to it and turned a corner which led to the street that the house that we were going to be using was located
And as we got to the end of the street which was connected to the forest and was also on the outskirts of the city we found ourselves looking at an old house that had some greenery on it but other than that it looked totally fine.

"So this is it?" Keiser asked me as we all looked at the house
"Yep this is it, this is the house that I bought so let's stop wasting time and go in," I said as I led them into the house which was very large and pleasant on the inside
And after we were done looking around we all went to the living room where we started discussing their plans for the tournament which was a few days from
"So Daewi any heads up on any of our opponents because you've met with at least two of them right?" Ceaya asked me as I recalled my memories of Varay & Bairon because the book of TBATE never really went into what happened at the tournament
" Well I fought one of them and barely won while the other who I know is stronger than him but I've never faced her so it's hard to tell," I said as I tried remembering more but couldn't
"Well who are these two people then and what do you know about them so far?"Argin asked me as I gave them the information about Bairon and Varay
"Well the one I fought was called Bairon Wykes and he's a solid silver-cored augmentor who uses the Lightning Deviant, & for the other, I can only go based on rumors but I would say that she's at least light silver-core with the ice deviant but for both of them make sure to watch out if they can use water and fire" I informed them making sure they get what I'm saying about them
